I think he simply watched it enough times to notice everything bad about it, until he finally couldn't deny it in his mind anymore, and realized that every single thing he liked about it was bad, so he suddenly declares in a stunning revelation it sucks to the heavens.

So, I have a theory about Davesprite that I might as well share just in time for it to probably be completely debunked by canon in some fashion.
Dirk's auto-responder is a near mental copy of Dirk, created when he was thirteen years old, that no longer matures normally. On top of that, despite having bodies with which to physically interact with the world (Brobot, Lil' Seb), he no longer has, um... various anatomy not only employed in certain acts of physical intimacy, but involved in related emotions as well. This makes him less likely to wish to engage in romantic pursuits... on his own behalf.
Under these circumstances, what does he do? He tries to help the dude who he's a copy of pursue his romantic interest.
Now, compare Dirk's auto-responder to Davesprite.

I think that a lot of its players aren't targeted, though. I'm guessing that of everyone on B1 Earth who played the beta, only a few -- maybe only the four kids -- were paradox clones. Just imagine how many meteor babies there would be otherwise!
Not being a "chosen" player probably means that you don't get a dream self or a class or an aspect and also are destined not to win the game. At least some of the things necessary for successful frog breeding are probably absent, even if the Battlefield is fully prototyped.
Doubtless there are still lots of interesting things that can be done in such a null session, though. Maybe there's some way to achieve virtual immortality through clever use of punchcard alchemy. Or even several ways!
It recently occurred to me how Prospit and Derse are like the realm of imagination in Problem Sleuth, what with being places that you can visit in your dreams and also can physically travel to. Maybe I'm just stating the obvious there.
Wait a second here. Didn't Davesprite have a thing for Jadesprite? And now that Jade has gone god-tier, Davesprite must have still had feelings for Jadesprite (now god-tier jade).

Yeah, I believe at the very least they got to know each other during the last hours of the game. It's quite possible those feelings were transferred to Jade when Jadesprite merged with her.
Yeah i kind of have a feeling Davesprite might just be breaking up with Jade so she'll be availible for the real Dave, or maybe he's worried that He'll still be stuck as a thirteen year old with the mind and body of a thirteen year old while Dave can still grow and mature.
Or alternitively it might be because... well.. Birdsprite. Seems to lack legs, and other nearby bodyparts.

I think that Ms. Paint is alive, actually. She's seen hanging out with Slick after Hussie's death, LE nowhere in sight (next time we see LE he's already elsewhere, so if he killed her, it was off screen).

I beleive we DID see her whacked upside the head by LE and then facedown on the ground, not sure though.

Meh. The characters don't bat an eyelid for more then 10 seconds if their parents die. If they awoke without legs the biggest reaction would be "Dam, now I can't wear the slippers I got for cristmas!"
