Could he normally take all those goblins up there? sure. But he's only got one leg. Even hopping around isn't going to do the trick. His developed skills have be crippled for the time being. Getting the heck out of dodge is the only sensible option. And apparently he has a very high wisdom.

Of course that begs the question, why is he even here? Revenge? or to save dies & saves? If the former, I imagine he now regrets those actions and retreat is a very sound decision. If the latter, then I imagine he intends to come back and finish what he started. Too bad he lost his axe.

Well there is a globe that can give him a new leg...
So he may not need to retreat and he may get a pretty awesome new way of fighting
But considering some things I doubt that will ever come up

Or maybe just because they sent him down a path to the "South Exit" which actually led to be a dead end (literally), and the only way out was back along the cliff and through the war camp the way he came.

When left alone, Biscuit is a hell of a nice guy.

Also, with that Wisdom, he'd be one amazing cleric.

Oh come now, there is still the potential for hijinks. After all, if the orb cant be used on everyone missing a limb, then we have the choice between him, duv, and dies as to who gets full functions back. Plus we still have to worry about what dies arm is up to now. He cut it off, but it wasnt on camera with him. Thats a bad sign right there.

Biscuit knew that a magical item that regenerates limbs is somewhere in the vicinity of Duv and/or Fox. Sure, landing on her was pure dumb luck (but then again, stories wouldn't be fun to read if only the things that were most probably happened), but regrowing his limb shouldn't be too much of a problem, narrative-wise.

Damn, that could be awesome. And it virtually requires dies or biscut to get the orb replacement, as that way we get the whole yin/yang thing here. And suddenly BANG! While names has his epic rivalry with minmax, dies and crew have theirs with the viper clans remnants and duv.

I thought you couldnt move when you hit negatives? How did a -9 saves manage to hold the bottle, rinse it off, then drink it? I mean, wasnt the lack of movement even a part of the early comics when the random dark elves started getting killed? Mage boy got knocked to the minus stage and he couldnt move, just talk. Alot.

Endurance + Diehard. I suppose rinsing it off would be a free action. Taking it would be a Move Action.

Or maybe it counts as Biscuit feeding her the potion.

So he takes what if 100 ft fall, 9d6 lethal, 1d6 nonlethal. Add jump and/or Tumble check (lower 1d6 to zero each). He takes 7d6 lethal, 1d6 nonlethal.

Assuming he rolls all 1's he takes 7 lethal, 1 nonlethal. Surviveable.

I thought that you could move your arms or legs, it just made the process of losing hit points that much faster. You just can't stand up or walk or anything like that when in the negatives.

Here's the deal - if you're in negatives, you're supposed to be unconscious and therefore incapable of taking any non-mental action (that means psions can still manifest while dying). HOWEVER, the Diehard feat permits you to take actions while dying, and it would appear that Goblins characters get it as a bonus feat.

I doubt unconscious manifesting is intended. In any case, while the unconscious condition might not have anything specific that forbids manifesting from a strictly mechanical point of view, dying does:

A dying character can take no actions and is unconscious.

So no, she couldn't do any of this.

I believe Endurance + Diehard has been raised as an explanation for how she could possibly take those actions. Either that or it's just a universal embellishment of Biscuit feeding her the potion.

Biscuit still had to hand her the potion. Basically he's still giving her the potion, he's just not force feeding it to her. Since people aren't unconscious in the comic, it would be weird for Biscuit to force feed her. There you go.

Not only is it possible to talk and move your hands while in negatives in the Goblins universe, but it's possible to stave off death if you're really bad at math.
