You know, after reading the Kraken's speech, I think I might have to have a chat with him. I can certainly see his logic appealing to Khalen's mission about scouring the Disk of corruption.
Once I've concluded my business with Contragh, assuming he still wants to make his deal with the Devil, my next stop will be the Sea of Jongo, or at least the outskirts of it.

If anything, someone from the family at least needs to try to take Jongo down a peg or two. Otherwise, Dark throws giant nasty sea monsters at me. Or worse!
A Note on "Mindscapes"
Everyone has senses, to a degree. Jongo's mystical senses have always manifested in being able to sense the Chaos in the world, the potential for Chaos, and the huge important changes as they happen.
If a Diety should choose to hide themselves from being sensed (ala Lossethir), they just... vanish from Jongo's mindscape.
And "mindscape" is a term that Jongo has coined for hirself. It makes sense that Ouran also has a similar sense, and probably learned a little from Jongo, though we never really went into that.
But everyone else should have a sense of their own, and should feel free to use it when they want. I bring this up because (1) Ouran just used his mindscape and (2) I hate feeling like Jongo has the "all knowing" ability, when it's not.
Just make sure that you are careful with your sensing. Only Dark should be able to say "and you also sense a great big bad evil dude who is coming to kill you". In other words, you sense things that *have* happened (in your own unique way), but not things that haven't happened *yet*.
There are probably ways to work that in somehow, but it would take a lot of speaking with Dark and working on the Plot. Remember, the Fate and Time domains are off limits because they can run wonky with story. So if you choose to start using your deity's given senses, try not to abuse it.

Yes, Silvar will be at the dinner. You can write in his entrance, or leave it to me, either works for me. As to the "super-powering thingy, I just gave him basic knowledge of some rune-magic (already existant). Notttt positive if that corresponds to act expenditure. Possibly a minor act? I was going to ask Dark, but I got sidetracked. Ruling?

Depends how powerful Rune Magic is. If it equates to a level 14 character, it's a minor act but if it's closer to level 4 or 5, it'd probably fall under fluff.

The floating Island design: shouldn't whatever bridges span the islands be capable of supporting both large crowds of people, and people of a size and weight comprable to the titans? I'm going to assume they will want to do comerce and trade there at least some, not to mention the military needs of access to the other portals in an emergency.
Really I just want to make sure that we aren't confined to sending an army as a massive single file line across a rickety wood and rope bridge... that would not end well.
Also, is it feasible to have one massive Island in the center, and then any and all new portals made appear on new, smaller Islands that surround and connect to the main one? That way those spending the act to make a new portal can customize the island that apears in the nexus as well, and since everyone connects to the same cetral Island, we don't have to worry about traversing more than 2 bridges for any given starting point and destination.
In all honesty I do not remember many details of the original/current design, I may be restating what already is planned for all I know.
Each bridge is different depending on who describes the isle. So yes some will be rickety wooden bridges others would be large and sturdy. This could create "interesting" paths for commerce and armies though the nexus. Yes your destination is on the next island over but the shortest route which would support an army and all its supplies might take three or four islands.

now nothing will stop you from creating NEW bridges manually between isles as long as you have bridge building skills. For example lets say the god Fake declares war on Phoney. And he wants to invade with an army through the nexus. Phoney can't stop fake's army so he destroys all of the bridges leading to his isle. This cuts him off from commerce and trade but keeps him safe. Fake in response builds a new bridge across the void, protected by his fliers.
So yes all isles start out with navigable bridges but if the Nexus becomes a war zone its not inconceivable that we will end up with ghost isles, places where no bridge reaches.

1) I didn't know Jongo could take passengers along with him via his symbols of chaos...
2) If Contragh is still in his giant dragon form it will be hilarious when he teleports into the reasonably sized living room of Jongo's house.
(1) Quite frankly, if Jongo were asked right now at this moment: "Can you really do that?" Jongo would probably respond:
"Sure! It should work just fine. I mean, I've been practicing. I haven't gone through myself yet. Well, no, I think I might have. But I was unconscious at the time. But it should work. In theory. I'll even remember about gravity this time. Probably."
In short... You just tried to logic things. That doesn't mix well with Jongo. And with how I intend to write this... I am going to make it clear - to Contragh at least - that the Nexus is an absolutely fantastic idea. Especially if the alternative is to travel through Symbols of Chaos again.
(2) Who says we'll all be reasonably sized when we exit?

Seems more like the potential for the Nexus, as it would be a bunch of divine beings connected together and overflowing into one another. Albeit, probably not in an escalation that quickly.

I'd like to apologise for the use of the amnesia trope with Khalen and I do find it a little distasteful myself.
That said, it occured to me that if Khalen still had knowledge of all his previous memories, deeds, actions, etc then the second ring (and possibly third ring) of the Torment Engine would have completely failed in its task. Oh, doubtless there's probably some way to fill in the gap in Khalen's head but he's only just emerged from 50 or more years of agonising torture, so being a little brain scrambled is only to be expected.
I haven't forgotte Reveaw-Na's little message to Khalen, nor the thing I need to do with Contragh. Stay tuned.

Which is very much not okay with The Weaver, Reavew-na, or the Dreamwalkers. Which means that during Turn 4, possibly starting on the tail end of Turn 3 here, the Cults may find themselves under attack from the Dreamtime, as the Dreamwalkers attempt to end their bondage. Rusting chains encircling dream-bubbles are decidely against their philosophies.
It's a little complicated. Khalen, or whatever he calls himself these days, isn't actually communicating with the cult as such. The Cultists came into being through the psychic fallout from Khalen becoming the king of the Torment realm. It raises interesting questions about whether these cultists are a one-off thing and the next generation will not be affected in the same way, or whether there will be another shockwave like that through some other event.
I'm literally making this up as I go along so if the Weaver or his psychotic alter-ego want to throw a wrench in the works, by all means go for it! I have no idea what the fall out from it would be. I suspect however, that Khalen's trick of re-entering the Disk through the Dreamtime in the Eye won't be a viable long term solution once The Weaver finds out he's responsible for screwing with the Dreamtime.
If nothing else, I'm pretty sure the Cultists would be welcoming the chance to be free from horrific nightmares without having to throttle people.
