Sonya has been raised since birth to combat the legions of Darkness and she takes her charge seriously. Though kind towards good and common folk she has seen enough good men corrupet to fully trust people. She guards herself, keeping tight reign on her emotions so as not to slip and become vulnerable to the Darkness's ways, for they are many and sometimes subtle. It will twist honest love and affection to it's own uses; a momentary weakness of heart can lead to downfall.
She knows that compassion is a virtue but has hardened her heart to protect herself. She still serves others and performs acts of charity but she does it because she knows she must, not because she feels it. This too is a sin, and she knows that as well. The hard way is sometimes necessary, but at what cost?
Beliefs
- Bring no dishonor to the name of my family.
- Aid and mercy to those that ask it.
- Never compromise with the Darkness.

Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to weapon attack rolls that you make with a flail. This bonus increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level.
In addition, when you hit with a melee weapon attack using a flail and the attack lets you slide the target, you can knock the target prone instead of sliding it.

I think Sonya and Alfred would know each other. At the least, she has heard of him, as she trained with the Belmont weapon masters. I think she doesn't have a high value of him for his cutting out and running, but is glad that he's apparently decided to fulfill his family duty. As he's considerably older than her she would be respectful towards him, but probably watching him with a critical/hopeful eye. She's got an abnormally high sense of duty and honor, so she's waiting to see if he can redeem himself before she fully trusts him.

The solitary 'survivor' of an ill-fated crusade made against the Count more than a hundred years ago, this once rookie Knight of God fought with futile valour amidst the zombified and savaged remains of his expedition. Though fully intending to die a martyr to his cause, he was instead subdued and captured by the elder vampire Drak'kul. Impressed by the warrior's strength and resolve, even in the face of utter defeat, the ancient found him useful as both an asset to the forces of darkness, and an abject lesson to the presumptuous order that dared strike out at his master. Artorias was thus 'spared' in an act of twisted mercy, transformed into a creature of the night, held up alongside the visceral trophies of his fallen companions as the fate of those foolish enough to challenge the might of Dracula.
Though subject to the predatory impulses of his curse, a sanguine hunger ravening at the core of his mind, implacable, undeniable, Artorias was nonetheless able to retain his sense of self. Whether by sheer force of will or divine intervention, the dark boon had not extinguished his soul, nor his allegiance to God and humanity. Conscripted into Dracula's armies, Artorias worked against them from within, engaging in acts of sabotage, working as a double agent in secret rendezvous with his order. At last, when this treachery was discovered, and his facade could no longer be sustained, he fled back to his fellows, the Knights reluctantly accepting him, providing an uneasy sanctuary.
Despite having proven himself countless times over the many decades since his turning, questions regarding the paladin's presence and true allegiance remained a point of fevered controversy. On his readmission, the ecclesiarchy proved bitterly divided, fracturing the solidarity of his fellows, driving wedges between the knights. Those senior clerics who sought his destruction constantly arranged his assignment to suicide missions bordering on impossibility, seeing him as nothing more than an undead blight, a sleeper agent little different from the vermin he hunts. Though fully aware of their ill intent, Artorias was eager to dispel the misgivings about his loyalties and reclaim the esteem of his superiors, accepting every gaeas laid before him in hope of acceptance, all to no avail.
In the end, despite the efforts and sympathies of his allies, the warrior was shunned and cast from the organization. Though permitted to live, he was now as a leper, a rogue knight without lord or fellow, left to wander the world and fill an eternity emptied of purpose. With the resurgence of Dracula, he had at last found his reprieve; the reason for being that kept him from the sun's glorious oblivion: he would destroy the Nightfather, or die trying.
Simply claim one of the reference character sheets (aside from the one I've altered myself), and the changes should show up automatically in the Combat Sheet and Characters tabs.
also if everyone can fill in the block sheet (Surrealistik's link) it would be awesome and we'll be using it for our game. Also if anyone wish to know each others please set it here so I can work on story with each of you.
I've filled out the basic information in the spreadsheet. Her attack base isn't correctly updating and the Character tab isn't pulling her character numbers from her character sheet tab. I'm not going to fill in all her powers and such, because that's already on the character sheet at plothook.

I would post, but I don't really think Ezra would have a whole lot to say at the moment.
In that situation, I would post something, more of an inner monologue or what she is doing. Something narrative. That way we all know whats going on and what is happening......and if you are still here!! Heh. Many times in the past fellow players have been making posts, then we are like, "Where is so and so?" then they say they are there, just didn't have anything to post. But that is just my humble opinion.
Hm... Actually, Animal Friendship would not work, since it has size restrictions, and the animal has to be non-hostile.
I could try Speak With Nature and then just use Diplomacy.
It should be noted that everyone has a +1 Shield bonus to AC due to Devout Protector Expertise. For those of you with shields this is inconsequential. For those without, it's a nice little bonus.
I'm flavouring it as being a sort of aura and minor divine ward his blessed shield emanates.
Footwork Lure
Attack (1d20+13)[16]
Damage (1d10+7)[14] and the worg is knocked prone and slid 1 square back.

If the worg takes the attack Sonya will get two attacks, one from Brash Strike and one from Battle Guardian.
