Well, that sorts that out doesn't it. Anyway, welcome to the OOC for this game and, as the title says, if we are lucky and I don't completely mess this up it will be only one with many more following afterwards. Enough rambling.

Our players and their characters are:
C'nor: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetvie...sheetid=538462
Ursus_The_Grim: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetvie...sheetid=538154
Tacitus: http://www.thetangledweb.net/forums/....php?cid=68533
Aldurin: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetvie...sheetid=538450
Medic!: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetvie...sheetid=538163

Others from the original recruitment thread may have to be called in as alternatives if someone bows out but other than that, these are our protagonists.

With that said, please choose your text color, red is not an option, and just give a quick introduction post so that I know you are all here.

I claim Olive for Ferul. Also google docs defaults files as private access, so you need to change the permissions on the map before anyone can see it.

Alvin will speak in Indigo, sounds appropriate for a teensie lil warlock.

I'm assuming Ferul knows we're in this cell together?

Squeeeee!

I'm really excited for this. I feel a bit bad for everyone left out in the cold, but I did vote for option one.

Bearblood will speak in . . . Sienna?

Lynette speaks in BB00FE FangSong.

Edit: Moon, what type of doors are these? Metal bars? Solid metal? Solid wood? Wood with a barred section?

Sorry that I didn't say, the cell doors are all barred metal except for the three at the south end of the map which are solid metal. Doors marked on brown squares are wooden.

The break DC is 22 for the metal doors and the open lock DC is 20
The break DC is 18 for the wooden doors and the open lock DC is 15.

Damn right you should've, its a little too late for that now though since he's gone invisible.

Oh and if you could roll initiative here instead of in the IC that would be grand, I just don't want to clutter it up you see.

EDIT: Nevermind then, I see you've beaten me to the punch as it were. Also 25?!

EDIT 2 electric boogaloo:

Okay so initiative goes like this:
1ST: Ferul
2ND: Guard
3RD: Alvin

You can reasonably expect the pixie to be invisible all the time! I have ability modifiers that rival my HP

I was thinking of using Kelgore's grave mist but I remembered that Ghoul's aren't immune to cold and that with my Warmage edge there'd be a 50% chance of killing Alvin if he got caught in it.

EDIT: And Alvin has two strength . . . which means that Fatigued would trap him in it until the mist makes sure he's properly dead.

Alvin has a decent chance of being killed by a drunkard waving around a beer mug

Is the robed guard going on his initiative this round or next round? I don't wanna gum up the works by jumping the gun.

ATTACK ROLL TIME:
(1d20+6)[9]
DAMAGE ROLL:
(1d8+2)[9]

EDIT: Guess who isn't getting hit this turn? That's right, Ferul.

EDIT 2 THE RE-EDITING: Hehehe, ignore those rolls. They didn't happen within cannon.

Reading the map, didn't the guard spend a move action getting up from prone and then another to actually reach me? He should have no more actions (meaning the first attack is mine).

Shush with your common sense.

Yeah just ignore those attacks they didn't happen.

Alvin goes now and then our new friend joins the initiative ladder.

Guard VS Alvin. Attack of opportunity. AC: 18
(1d20+6)[16]

EDIT: Well, drat. You win this time pixie!

EDIT: Looking at the damage roll above, my beating heart is a bit more still...without a crit it looks like I can reasonably expect to survive at least that guard, lol

See invisibility isn't a hard thing to put on a guards helmet given the time, and they have quite a bit of free time down here. Robed guard doesn't have it though, mainly because he doesn't wear a helmet.

Well played Sir, well played

On a side note, how metagame-y do we want to get with OOC tactic discussion? Like is it kosher with everyone to discuss "Hey I got this guy you get that guy" or "Go ahead and go do your thing I'm fine here" etc OOC or should we keep it strictly IC?

You can discuss a little as long as it doesn't make you guys seem telepathic.

Right so now that I've gotten home and had time to look everything over, its this simple. Alvin needs to actually finish his turn so that the next combat round can start and I can include you guys in the initiative ladder which, by the way, goes like this:

1ST: Ferul
2ND: Kilian
3RD: Robed guard
4TH: Paralyzed guard (Not that it matters)
5TH: Bearblood
6TH: Alvin
7TH: Northern guard

Bearblood definitely broke down the door and will be joining combat immediately

Also the Northern guard's initiative is (1d20+1)[5]
