Avian just withdrew. This is a one horse race. I really liked Riordan at any rate, on the strength of a well written background and a good build. The sheet could use some tidying up though (feats are still not adjusted, Warlords recovery has a duplicate sentence, a few line ill-placed breaks scattered across the various powers) but perhaps that's just me being OCD for the most part.

Indeed, think I should hold the recruitment open longer? It is up to you guys if you want to wait or not. If not, Anon has a great character, IMO, and we can continue with theirs.

Well, we are dealing with the big boys here. I can only imagine that plotting and machinations are integral to their dynamics, especially because we have a chromatic dragon in the mix. Most of us in the party (including our Silver Hawk presumably) are Metherna's subordinates, and I thought that she would want to deal with us in a more private setting instead of right before her allies and rivals. As it is, Arya has a done a great job embarrassing her. Furthermore, if the dragons wished to have a discussion, which they presumably were before we arrived, privacy would be at a premium.
Of course, there's also the fact that an elf amongst a bunch of dragons is obviously the odd one out. When you said there were four companions, so I assumed that they were one group. If the dragons had been described as sitting while Riordan had been standing for instance, then the dynamics of the group would be more obvious at first glance.

It seems like an odd choice, especially since we can be expected to level fairly soon, in which case you'll be 1 point in accuracy lower than most of the party and 2 points lower compared to those who started with 20 in their attack stat.

How did you manage to get 22 in two stats? That means a starting score of 17 in both stats. Buying up to 17 takes 12 points. We start with 22 points. Your score array is consistent with a level 14 character though. Have I missed gaining a level?

I wasn't going to be competing with those who started with 20 in their attack stat anyway, since I started as an Eladrin. Another 1 doesn't make much difference to me but if it's a problem I can change it. I intend to be attacking with their 20 anyway.
Would you recommend 16 Strength instead? It would allow me to start with Int 18, by dropping my Dex or Con to 10.

First off, let me just say that this is just the optimiser in me speaking (I'm a student who spends too much time around math and physics and used to play with a DM who drops half the party on a fairly regular basis), so if you don't feel like changing your build for whatever reason, then don't; no need to take the number crunching too seriously. Most play should be able to proceed fairly easily with 1 point lower in attack and I wouldn't go so far as to call it a problem.
That said, I think many players tend to underestimate the importance of accuracy on a warlord. True, damage doesn't matter much, but a lot of the extra attacks and buffs only apply when you hit, so the point is to hit but there's no need to hit hard. I'm squeamish towards 17s because it costs 3 points more than 16 but it's not an 18; it really feels neither here nor there.
You should be able to start with an 18 in Str (18,13,13,10,10,8 to give 21,18,16,11,11,9 or 18,13,11,11,11,8 to give 21,18,14,12,12,9), with less trouble than you probably imagine, which is honestly what I would recommend. Starting with 16 is still superior to starting with 17 in my opinion, but 18 Int seems somewhat superfluous given that the very high bonuses to attack from your PP quickly makes this a case of diminishing returns. This spread would be more viable if you are going for a more dedicated lazylord build that involves Riordan attacking less, which doesn't gel with his background that well.

I went with the 17-13-13-13-11-8 array for Mai-Sal because, well, it's PbP and you never know if you'll even level once, let alone multiple times. 18-13-13-10-10-8 would've been optimal, but you never know how long a game is going to last. Thankfully, this one has exceeded all expectations.
Also, I'll have to decide on whether going with the +3 upgrade to her armor or to her off-hand implement. Hmm, tough call.
Edit: On the other hand, an Amulet of Inner Voice would probably be a good idea to have, after that bad experience with being dominated. And I'll probably train out of MC Assassin and forget about the whole stealth thing, it hasn't been working out for her too well.
Edit2: Yeah I think that's what I'll do, train out MC Assassin for Reserve Maneuver (she hasn't used her retraining for level 13 yet) and thereby get rid of that crappy PP encounter power; put the Elven Cloak into storage and put on the Amulet of Inner Voice. That sound good?
