So a couple things before I put up the IC. The first thing is, forget everything about the crafting feats. Leave them on your sheets, but as far as the characters are concerned, they have no clue. If your background needs to be readjusted, feel free.

Second, in order to tie up some loose ends from character creation without affect my planned beginning I'll be using a flashback method; Hey if it works for movies, why not for D&D. Lets see how that goes.

As always, don't read spoilers that are meant for someone else, and by that I mean totally read it but pretend you didn't.

For now identify at which point in time you're acting, we'll go back and forth a little bit (keeps things interesting :P) and then we'll eventually just stay in the present.

Rats, I didn't select spells yet. I'll get right on that. Based on the IC thread, I'm assuming I've had time during the past 36 hours to pray for spells? I suspect I'll be praying for a bunch of endure elements.

Prepare your spells from the 72 hours, we'll be mostly playing the 36 hours before we reach the present, your action in the 36 hours will affect how much time you have in the present.

At least one endure elements was likely, anyway, based on absolutely no knowledge of the situation ahead.

Yup, one endure element is certainly likely if you're trying to prepare for all eventualities.

Halberd, as I said before, I'll be waving the "associating with evil people" clause. Also, because of the rupture, and lack of influence by the gods, there is no deity to tell you you've fallen, you're conscience will have to be the judge. That should leave you a little bit of breathing room by adding a tiny shade of grey. Not a ton thought.

Just making sure :) The downside of that is, if you're conscience is not sitting well with you for something you did, you might still fall even if a god wouldn't make you.

By the way, TheDon, I've got my spells picked out. All are from Core, I haven't really had a chance to check out my other sources in detail. But this is what Petra has at the 36 hour mark. She prays at dawn.

By the way, TheDon, I hope you don't mind I named your general Daedalus, after the father of Icarus. Icarus, if it comes up, is the name of the Dean of the University of Mechanus.

Icarus is well known as the man who flew too close to the sun, which melted his wax wings as he escaped from Crete, and died. Daedalus was his father, who invented the wings and told him not to fly too high.

I somehow missed the IC threads origination, but i shall be taking an active roll now.

TheDon, what are your thoughts on Rick going Assassin? Though, a neutral not evil assassin. And if yes, can we say he's already killed someone to join the group or will I need to do it in the thread?

I don't mind you going assassin, however an assassin is evil, you're killing people for profit. We can try to rework the fluff (call it bounty hunter or something) if what you want is the crunch.

As for the killing, you're background is alluding to more of a robin hood then an assassin, so it will have to be done in game. If you want, we can work on something together so you have the opportunity to. This is meant to be a long game, so I'm very open at creating opportunities for what you want to be down the road.

True. Maybe alter the entire class to be more of a robin hood than an assassin? Something like... Ezio. Killing for the good of the community and whatnot.
