Sneak attack damage should certainly apply, Linguz. Whenever enemy is flanked or denied dex to AC, which paralyzed certainly is.

The rogue’s attack deals extra damage any time her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target.

The_listener, unless I'm mistaken, you can't 5 ft step on difficult terrain, however you still have your move action so it's kind of moot. Might incur an attack of opportunity thought.
You can only take a 5-foot-step if your movement isn’t hampered by difficult terrain or darkness. Any creature with a speed of 5 feet or less can’t take a 5-foot step, since moving even 5 feet requires a move action for such a slow creature.
Yea, I tend to do that as well. At least, I am doing it with a friend in a solo-campaign. Whenever he'd provoke AoO or goes back on something he said elsewhere, I ask him and get confirmation that he knows that.

yeah pretty sure it would be even if he wasn't wearing an armour... As general rule, I find the dice roller loves me when rolling stats, hates me when playing... I should just make a character that never rolls any dice.
I would suggest DFA for that. Seriously, they only make other people roll. Ever. Its kinda silly actually.

Incidentally, drawing a weapon is normally a move action, unless BAB is +1 or higher and combined with a normal move, in which case it isn't. But drawing ammunition like arrows is a free action.
Would you say drawing a throwing dagger is a free action? If so, Petra picks up her crossbow again (move action to pick something up from the ground). It not, she'll stand above it.
