Do we know what our headquarters looks like? Is it tall, does it have a unique appearance, or does it just kind of blend in with the buildings around it?
Is Sigil capable of normal weather? Basically, do the laws of weather work in Sigil if you try to generate, say, a thunderstorm by rapidly raising the ambient air temperature in order to precipitate the formation of a cumulonimbus?

And sorry for another long post. I'll try to post more regularly with less content. My computer crashed in the middle of my post last night, and I didn't feel like rewriting it all again at the time.
As a matter of course: Would Yu's (and possibly the other Persona users) apparent ability to monitor the other's Personas carry over here? It does have a bearing on my actions, given that I was just almost attacked - and that, with Arturia and Canaan, the "almost" might not matter very much.

In Persona 4, Yu can sorta see his friend's Persona's (and theoretically they can do the same). Does that carry over here? With respect to my current actions, this may play a large role in how I react to this person who just tried to kill me.

I wonder how fast Necron is.
Because Tom can calculate how fast it will take for a brain to receive data from the eye, correct the aim then send a signal to the finger on a gun to fire and move faster than that to redirect the bullet into someone else from a few steps away, Jarez has Master Speed which is apparently fast enough to outrun speeders and Alex Mercer dodges missiles regularly.
Oh and I can't wait to get into battle. Mercer's shapeshifting and the f* up things he can do with it combined with Tom's knowledge of human anatomy and weapon skills (he takes the ability to kill with anything, up to 11) means tearing through an army simply requires being there.
And when I get access to a wand (hopefully the Elder Wand which has Bypass Immunities*) I can turn any enemies into allies (Confundus), reveal any living beings (Hominum Revelio) and expand my already vast array of torture tools.
*The Elder Wand can repair the unrepairable. I'm taking that trait and applying it to other spells it casts through simple logic. Imperio works against strong-willed Telepaths, Crucio can drive a man insane within seconds at full-power, Wingardium Leviosa has no weight limit etc.

I am officially tendering my application for Co-DMing. I would like to help as much as possible, and I'm alright with writing plots, scripts, and action. I'm also a devious bastard, so there's the prerequisite for Dungeon Mastering.

I wonder if Mercer's Consuming works on Undead? I'll have to find a necromancer and find out.
Because it doesn't work on the dead, but it does on the Infected (basically zombies)
