as long as I get the coins, ears, and this back pack off the bodies, I am ok for not staying the full 5 minutes. Will elaborate an IC post together when I have more time

Jieung wants to rest them destory the warmachines.
Monique seem to give her support to Jieung (as she rolled in that sense).
Even if Monique stated to roll for the warmachines (actually even Bolerum started to roll - before he knew about the riders), I'am still waiting for the opinion of Ashe and Ung on what would be best (or you still can discuss IC /ooc about it.
Note that even the other can change their mind and go for the others ideas.
Right now thing seem to lean toward resting and destroy the warmachines, so an other vote on that direction and I'll move forward that way

Short Rest, destroy as many war machines as possible, withdraw up the cliff or into the swamp.
I'll come back if you insist on destroying war machines.
But we must take at least 5 minutes rest.
And I still prefer the idea of ambush them "wolfriders", and return to destroy machines later...
WEll Greenbane would vonlunteer to shorten him up cutting his legs under the knees
I reply IC, to fast forward what happens next (3 minutes later).
I dont know if you would really split up the group, or all follow to hide and discuss (you can assume that Ashe spotted the place quickly and guided you there). If some stayed behind, well you can consider your short rest done, if not, you still have 3 minutes to waste spend (good time to discuss lol).
But we just scared off 55 goblins! They'll be back en force to take their siege back if we don't bust them ASAP. I would rather fight the wolf riders in a worse position and have the machines done than fight with surprise but risk giving up the machines.

Thanks to Arokh for all the wonderful avatars! May his computer never crash and his mouse arm never cramp!
Just to make sure thing are clear about the disabling of the machine (I think you understand, but just in case).
You wont be able to completly destroy the machines in 10-15 minutes. But assuming you winthe SC, you will disable/break them enough so they wont be unsual without some serious repairs (cuting ropes, breaking whells, breaking strategic joint and parts, set fire to strategic points). On success, you'll make them unusable for at least 24-36 hours (assuming the goblin decide to try and salvage/repair them - if they dont they simply leave them there and wont have any)
I am not saying this to change anyone mind, by to make thing clear on what you will do if you choose to disable the siege engines.
It is only because Grumsh wish them to be harder.
It havenothing to do with the fact that you are battered, getting tired and that enemies keep coming/hunting and pressuring you.
What kind of sword can change shape at the request of its owner?
[roll0]
IC, Ung has heard Bol talk of the blade as Greenbane. After yammering about it being a holy sword of Kord, he corrected himself and now refers to it as a holy sword of Moradin. The nutty paladin talks to his weapon, too. It's kind of sad, really. He must not get out much.
Jieung still pretend you should take this opportunity to break the warmachines.
Bolerum is kinda for both, said he dont mind killing the riders at all.
I assumed monique on Jieung side (because she rolled), but I'd like to hear her opinion on the situation.
EVERYONE : While I think there is still place to discussion on this, I'll assume that everyone is ready to bent and go with majority when a general consensus will be attained here. If one of you is dead set in his position (what ever it is) tell me ASAP (In PM if need be).
This discussion can take days , even weeks if need be, I dont mind, but all I ask is that you guys dont let the game Stall/Stop. By this I mean that you should give your opinion (more so after someone bring a good point - like Shadow_elf did in his previous post), argument and discuss (IC discussion could be nice to see too ).
In the end, when either you hit a consensus (I'd prefer this) or when no new arguments will be brought for some time (let say 1 full day excluding week-end), I'll move along with the more popular idea.
With the new intelligence that there are more goblins coming, Bol will be pretty firmly on the side of smashing the siege engines. Killing wolf riders opportunistically afterward would be fine.
But I still say that slowing the ennemis for a few hours as we have already done with the trap and our attack... or for a few more hour, or a day with striking to destroy the machines and put our lives in danger... it is the same thing, because the synchronization with the attack on the other side of the Fort-du-Col is already countered with our actions… and the attack on the other side will still happen anyway, because we can not slowing the ennemis on both side.
So if you decide to stay and destroy the machines anyway. I'm with you and I will destroy machines also.
But if you think like me, I thought it would be better for our health to hide.
I guess its a question of if you value your hide or not. We can't fight whats coming it looks like so we need to avoid them. Can we do this and take down the war machines?
I think Ashe and Jieung could probably get away from the riders, I'm not sure about Ung, but both Bolerum and Monique would probably be captured if not just killed.
I will help destroy the siege engines but am going to get myself out before the riders get too close.

Ok then, you could take less time (5 minutes instead of 10) and aim to disable half of the warmachines (starting with those in front I guess so they would be some other obstacles to block the path).
That should give you some head start and prevent the Dc from rising (keeping them mostly as is right now if you would try to flee (because the wolfriders probably will try to pursue you even if you try to flee now anyway).
The Dc to disable stay the same... the result will be cut in half too (the max warmachines you can disable is 5 - depends on success actually)
If you go for that, Monique and Bolerum already rolled, I'll miss only the 3 others rolls.
