Oh, by the by, someone else should spend an action point during this encounter, and I can give them a bonus with my Seed of Chaos feature. I forgot to use it on my attack, but it's better when in melee range anyway, since there's a 1/6 chance it grants an MBA.

Thanks to Arokh for all the wonderful avatars! May his computer never crash and his mouse arm never cramp!
It is too sturdy.
You can climb over it (Dc 15, count as two squares).
You also shift diagonaly around the edge of the wall since they donest go all the way throught the square line (see the Green line)... I am telling you this because of pressing strike that let you shift throught enemies squares (usually you would not be able to move diagonaly across a wall corner).
Remember that corpse count as difficult terrain though if you decide to shift throught enemies square... there is only one path possible with shift 2...(H8 ->I7)
Bolerum : Actually, the climb DC is 22 (the wall is made to be hard to scale).
But if you jump to catch the top of the wall (Jump Check DC : (9- (your height in feet+1/3 your height))X10 (or 5 if running start)), then the climb is DC 15 (or you can acrobatic like Ashe ).

We'll say Bol's 6 feet tall to keep it easy.
(9-(6+2))*10 = 10
Not a bad shot at getting to a bugbear. I'm leaning toward swatting my way past the minions and pinning a bugbear with an Action Point.
Greenbane's defensive bonuses makes those hobgoblins a pretty distant concern. Since the way is kind of open to one of the bugbears, I'll probably Pressing Strike past one of the hobgoblins, then move adjacent to BB2 (on the chair), AP and smite it for THP to all (and benefit from Ace's effect).
Ace triggers his Seed of Chaos, but I can't roll it until I am back on my laptop. Might be an hour or so.
Spoiler
Effect: After the attack is resolved, roll a d6. The triggering character gains the resulting benefit.
1. The character gains a +2 power bonus to attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
2. Until the end of your next turn, the target of the attack takes 2 extra damage each time it is hit with an attack.
3. The creature gains a +2 power bonus to speed until the end of your next turn.
4. Until the end of your next turn, the target of the attack grants combat advantage.
5. The character can make a basic attack as a free action.
6. Until the end of your next turn, the target of the attack cannot shift.
Alright, the free MBA would have been nice, but giving Ace and Ashe CA against it is alright. You know, it's a bit silly that it's duration is based on my turn, not the target's turn; the first bonus will almost never matter... neither will the speed boost one, for that matter.

Wouldn't have mattered how far forward you were, that would have been a hit if he'd thrown the axe from the moon .
So, what's the game plan for getting through those doors? Can Monique use Staggering Note to blow them off their hinges? . As much as I would really not like to fight those bugbears anymore, they can turn invisible and they'll make our lives hell if we don't keep the pressure up.

I could try the Staggering Note thing if we wanna, if you guys want to ready actions to rush in once I blow down the doors? Or bullrushing it works too.

Thanks Gigi Digi for the avatar.
Ahe should know that the door isnt locked yet (they need to put a wooden beam on the other side (they did not had the time yet)
A bull rush on the door may work, as a push power could possibly do the trick.
And you got cover because you are lower in the stairs... but maybe you should not had it since he could use his top corner and possibly drawa line to your base without obstacles...
Looking at the map again, you are right, you should not had got cover, since the stairway start only 1 square away and using his top corner, he can target your bottom corner without anything blocking the path. If he woul have been one square further back, you,d had had cover.
