All right, since I haven't been able to make up tokens for everyone, I'm going to use colored pogs corresponding to your speech text's color. I've already got your marching order, so just tell me generally where you'd like your character to go. I won't be counting distance until the start of combat, in which case I will make initiative rolls for everyone.
Combat will be conducted in groups, or blocks, meaning that your initiative will determine whether you act before the enemies, or afterwards, but there will be no order within each 'block'.

As per my post, my plan is to dismount and scout with Tharas. I'd like to keep my distance from him by about 30', close enough to cover him with a bow but far enough that he won't get in the way of the more delicate espionage, should the need for it arise.

Got it, I'll wait to here Daedalus's post before I move you guys then.
I'll position Kit by the door, and the rest of you can make up your minds as to where to position yourselves.
Remember that if you want to remain unnoticed, you should roll a stealth check with any of your actions.

Once again, Tharas is the god-king of stealth. Maybe all the OoTS ninjas have rubbed off on him?
I know for a fact that the AP doesn't address whether the greathouse has windows. I guess it's up to you where they might be placed, ChaosLord, but Tharas will lead anyone in his group to the first one that he finds a decent way from the doors and try to get in that way, tricking it open if it's closed or just worming his way in if it's not (or glassless). If there are no windows, but there might be a way in on the roof he'll climb to the wall and jump across to the roof (taking 10 for more than enough to jump such a small gap).
Also, Calo's pretty stealthy too. Not quite as silly as Tharas' unbeatable sneak hax (rolling a 30 at level 1? Not something I'm used to), but still darned respectable. Something tells me they won't see us coming. Assuming we actually find a way in.

Awesome, posted a battle map, and while I don't quite have tokens yet, I created a Hexagon corresponding to everyone's color. If you don't think you're where you are supposed to be and or don't know which Hex is yours, just say so and I'll fix things up.
To be clear, combat has not yet started, but Talo and Tharas now have the opportunity to initiate a surprise round with the bandits guarding the woman.

Looks good. Since Talo is following Theras' lead, he'll probably wait to act. I just wanted to add the positioning of Ned the horse, who is still waiting patiently just within the gates.
Okay, that means that everyone will be acting before the bandits. Remember, this is block initiative, so you don't have to wait for the person 'before' you to post, you can post at any time during your 'bloc'. And since everyone is in the block that goes before the bandits, everyone is basically allowed to post all at once for this combat.

Yes. Technically speaking, everyone is up. You can post your actions in any order, and if there are blatant conflicts, work them out OOC here.
Also King Tius, I'd appreciate it if you would put those OOC questions here in the OOC Thread. In answering those questions however, I have posted the position of the bandits now, and if you want to target a particular bandit, just identify them in relative position to the PC they are closest too.

I, ah, don't mean to be a spoilsport, but you're doing it wrong. You'll need to roll another attack roll to confirm the critical first, then roll the extra damage seperately rather than just multiplying what you rolled. So, another attack roll and then 2d8+4 more damage. Still almost certainly enough to take the enemy out of the fight if you confirm, but yeah. That's not how crits work.
Also, I had thought I'd read something about block init, but forgotten how it was being done. Won't make that mistake in the future.

Oops, good to know. SAGA has spoiled me.
Rolling to confirm (1d20+5)[6]
Damage if confirmed (2d8+4)[18]
Bugger, that is the third one I have rolled on this board today.

Yeah, too bad on the confirmation roll there for Kit, but you still did a good amount of damage to that bandit as it is. I'd say Tharas is also on fire with his attack rolls, so you can probably bet on being down at least one bandit come next round.
I'll be posting the results of your attacks all at once, since you guys are all going before the bandits in one big round. Honestly, I'd be surprised if you didn't take out all of them in this one go XD

Sorry I didn't read here first. I'm a little mixed up on how to combat.... If we can work out who does what when, then I'd like to amend my post to fire an arrow before Tharas jumps into the breach. Is this okay? If not, I'm fine with just entering the fray.

That's fine, you can assume you loosed the arrow in time.

I'm assuming that the door to A11 is open. If not, I'll substitute my attack for opening the door.
Also, If my attack is allowed, then I believe I've scored a critical hit, so I'll just confirm that: (1d20+5)[9]
Damage if confirmed: (2d6+6)[14] +1 to damage if I flank the guy.
Quite an opening round everyone! Even without confirming critical hits you've managed to cut the bandits down to less than half strength (In at least one case quite literally). The bandits have now reacted and acted, so we're back at the top of the order, feel free to post at your leisure, I will post the bandits reactions, assuming their are any left alive or whether they feel the need to surrender.
