Huh, so this is what Misha's pool looks like? Mimi does a brief spin in the air to take a look. Kinda nice, but it's not really special to her. Riss sure seems to like it, though.
When Riss finishes being occupied by Misha, Mimi replies to her. "Just stories and stuff I guess. After big hunts lots of times we make a big fire and the elders tell stories about all kinds of different things."
While the muse had expected there to be some surprise, she had greatly underestimated Misha's response. Still she was quite glad that her stand in for a hug turned into a real one. Not to mention the complements. Such things might be highly based on perspective, yes, but it was a perspective she valued. "I'm glad you like it. I'd like to go back and make this more accurate, personally, but I think that was bound to happen anyway." Riss said as an idea came to her. "Hey.. Out of curiosity, what would the two of you think if I were to convert the floor and ceiling and make them do the same as the walls here?" she asked while still holding on to Misha. It might take a while as I was in the tank when the walls were being done by automated labor but the floor at least shouldn't be too hard. Might need to redo the paneling for the ceiling but it's not like the room doesn't come apart as is.
Once that question had been answered, Riss then turned her attention to Mimi's own answer. "Oh. I see.. Well, wouldn't things become misremembered after a while? What do they tell you about in particular? Any bits of interesting information that you can remember?" Riss asked. She had never heard of a system like this to keep history and knowledge alive.
Ashley heads to her home in Inside, possibly followed by Ally. The inside of the warehouse has been cleaned up a little. Most of the shelves have been moved to the sides, and a lot of the rubble has been moved away somewhere or another.
Ally will probably see several various magical ingredients on a few of the moved shelves. There still isn't much in the way of furniture in the main part of the warehouse, but there are some small carpets and a table used for enchantments.
Ashley smiles a little. "Well, I know we should be at the base soon, but maybe we can stay here for a while?"
Misha considers that as she chokes back her gratitude, "So, if this simulashun was up, it would look like there was grass and sky?" That would just about complete it for her. She nods slowly, and thinks about disentangling herself before deciding it's not worth it, and creating a tail of her own to match Riss' instead, the appendage circling around both of their waists of its own accord.
Ashley blushes and averts her eyes at Ally's grinning, and looks toward the ground. "Is there, um, anything you wanted to do?" She steps towards Ally a couple of times.
The thief lunges forward to grab the mage and... hug her. Not kissing, making out, groping, fondling, or even throwing her against the wall and screwing her brains out. Just hugging her tightly so she can relax in her arms. That's... either sweet or really confusing.

Ashley can't help but be a little surprised by the sudden hug, but doesn't mind, and returns the embrace. "Something up, Ally?" She says while moving a hand across Ally's back.
Nothing important. Just a little homesick. Ally doesn't want to talk about how much she misses her deceased mother. She just wants to press her face against her girlfriend's neck and relax in a place that isn't, you know, 1000% stranger than what she's used to.

"Oh," Ashley says at first, trying to place a hand on the back of Ally's head. "Maybe after this mission, we could head to your home, take a little vacation from the Nexus."
Ashley shivers at the kiss on her neck, and smiles back. "It would be fun. Go somewhere and not have to worry about some crazy thing around every corner."
"Compared to just about anything around here, I don't even want to contradict that." Ashley takes Ally's hand and squeezes it, leaning forward to touch their foreheads together.
"I think it'd be cool." Miim seems a bit more agitated than anything, though. Her eyes fix on Misha's new tail and she grumbles internally.
But, the pixie tries to put it out of her mind as she replies to Riss. "I dunno. I think the stories are fine." Mimi thinks for a moment, and then continues excitedly. "Ooh, ooh, I know! I can tell you a story about the greatest hunter ever!" A big grin spreads across her face.
"I don't really know," Ashley says. "We just need to find portals and some Ordial Plane that I don't know a thing about. we do need to get any info out of the employer, that much I know."
"I suppose you could try and find portals as well, but that's far too dangerous for anyone." Ashley really doesn't want her girlfriend to stumble through a portal to the Abyss.
