Edit; And niow waiting for the backlash by comparing everyone to mechanical systems. Have a feeling my Rep will take a hit. On the plus side, I compared nobles to pipes
I just had to do take this to the next more blatantly obvious step
“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse,” I said, sounding calm, probably inaudible in the midst of the screaming. “Inevitable. Wasn’t that how she put it? I told them. Warned them.”
-Taylor Hebert. Yes, I'm a proud Skittle.

Not sure whether this goes here ,but other people have posted private questions to Zemalac in the OOC, so..

I'm curious how exactly my technoreligious trait works. You said it was less efficient then ideal, but didn't have wealth costs due to being sustained by religious fervour more then regular wages. So should I just allocate Morale between different projects to show degrees of priority? Or what?

House Wallen is one, the EBSA, the Champions, I don't remember if the Wardens or some other mil faction, The Merchants, the Doctor, and another.
I kind of lost track.
7 factions make up the council: The Ram Revolution, the Lodstom Party (headed by Lord Wallen), The EBSA, the Champions of Sovereignty, The Wardens, The Merchants, Dr. Vassari, and the Merchant's Guild. The vote to create the council, and on it's members, took place on pages ~7-12 of the IC.

Yes. Technoreligious allows you to use both WEL and MOR to research/build stuff, while Technological (being a "purer" trait) has it's own attached stat points. Though I will freely admit to making this up as I go along, so if that method doesn't work it may change.
Also, if the Grand Designer is personally working on a project it will be assumed that project is high priority and work on it will be done faster than normal.
Dekan O'vail reads Heladuit Courts response to ongoing propaganda... twitches in irritation.
That was... FUN to read.

Well, it's always good to have at least one faction of unrepentant Reactionaries/Revolutionaries to frame yourself as "reasonable moderates" against/paint as being the entire other side.
In one day I have been able to deliver brief lectures on both law and coinage in a fantasy world and read a public debate as to the place of nobility in society. Not really what I expected to be doing when I started running a game called Total War, but entertaining nonetheless.
oblivion6, you never gave me a reply, unless I missed it.
And yes, random worldbuilding is the best part of total War
Although now I'm kind of regretting playing a politically agnostic/quietist faction. Ah well, it's kind of fun roleplaying a guy desperate for results so the boss doesn't string him up when he comes out of the factory and learns what's been promised.
and I suppose I'll be getting my NPC responses at some more sane hour?

I missed your messages to NPCs somehow. They've been edited in.
