The Exchange. - In Silver Way
Ever since there was money, there were people willing to trade in it. The Exchange lives for this ideal. Seeking profit where ever profit might be the Exchange is known for supporting locals and remaining removed form politics, the neutrality of the Exchange is matched only by its desire to ensure profits.

In recent times the Exchange has become noticeable above other money lenders in their willingness to support groups who show an ability to support the community. While the Exchange still seeks a profit, they have come awfully close to breaking even in attempts to help improve the general standard of living.

While the Exchange seeks profits everywhere their desire for neutrality encourages them to keep most of their dealings private unless it is for a clear and open social purpose. Often many actions are backed by the Exchanges gold with no other parties the wiser.

The Mint - The exchange knows how to work markets in order to gain profit where others see downfall, the exchange can produce extra Wealth easier.

Positive:
Neutrality of money - No one expects the Exchange of seedy activity because everyone profits from it. The exchange can pass blame for failed espionage onto another group.
Negative:
Guards not soldiers - The exchanges military are guards not warriors, the Exchanges military is weaker when attacking.

VIPs:
Felix Urd
- Felix Urd is the CEO of The Exchange, a crafty and brilliant man, he is a master of trades and deals. He is known by many as the only good man in money.

Jess Furs
- Jess Furs is an operative of the Exchange able to uncover plots and plans with easy, Jess has a natural talent to learn information others would rather kept hidden away.

Honestly, the fear of being on the wrong end (or rather, the worse end. I'm not sure if there is a good end other than Greystone's) of Greystone's plots is one of the reasons I answered so quickly. I'd rather be a well treated lackey than caught in a plot that I never noticed.

Uh, I don't suppose it's too much to ask, but if it's not, could everyone please put the defensive espionage of each message next to the message? It's getting annoying to have to look up each faction's morale every time I want to see if I can read something.

People always ask that and I always forget - anyway, my Morale is 5, goes for all of my messages except ones marked with PM and I sort of assume that people read all of my messages except ones marked with PM anyway.

If I have a non-private PM, I try to remember to put my D ESP at the top of my post. Though I think I'm tied for the highest, so pretty much everyone should keep their noses outta my business.

It's not highest morale or sender's morale. It's the lowest morale of the factions involved.

Also another question, can we recruit more VIPs?

THat's our defense against being read. Our espionage is what determines what we can actually read. And sadly my espionage is not quite that high.

Well, I'm not certain how powerful/efficient ERSB is. If I ally with them, and they go down, it won't be good. Plus, that may incur displeasure of other factions and I'd rather stay neutral. It's simply not a decision I can make lightly.

Yea, I spaced and thought that your espionage was your D ESP stat. I'm still kinda new to TW. I actually don't think I've been in a game from start to finish yet.

Honestly, the EBSA's (I'm assuming that's what you meant) strength will depend on how many people trust them enough to ally. If a third of the players start working together through them, it could be a major power. If only 2 do, They'll probably be crushed once someone wants to.

I'm not allying with them, I'm just listening to what they have to say. We're kinda indiffrent when it comes to poltics.
