I'm inclined to follow the directions given by the bandit, but also use tracking to make sure of it. Roll follows.

Survival (tracking): (1d20+6)[16]

Ostromir will follow where you lead. He's not likely to know where to go himself.

I'd prefer it Aretor brought up the rear of the party, since he has little to contribute tracking wise.

Alright, exploring time!

Basicly, while you travel, you have two options. You can travel across hexes, which you are doing now, and you can explore hexes. Both give information on the hex and xp, but exploring obviously provides more complete info. Exploring takes a lot more time though. (example, the five hours you travelled now, would have taken 1,5 days if you were exploring) You can always come back and explore a travelled through hex.

Feel free to roll knowledge checks at any time when you feel like you want to know more.

Sounds great! Though I'm not sure how much help Aretor's knowledge of engineering and magic will be while traveling around the wilderness haha.

Updated the map also.

Could you all check in again in the OOC, to do a head count and speed things up again.

Aeron at your service.

Also I would like to object to the IC claiming my eyes are "near as good as Melianthe", due to the +8 bonus I get from being fused with my Eidolon my perception bonus is more than twice hers

How do the four small creatures look by the way?

Ah, I used your unfused form. Are you fused all the time?

Not all the time, but when travelling through unexplored and dangerous lands yes.
(I am not fused when I sleep for instance. I may or may not unfuse when/if we reach/create civilization, I'll make a post then)

Alright, I'll assume you're fused, unless specifically said so.

And yes, that does make you the best spotter.

Still around, more or less, barely. I'm likely to disappear next week, being online at most erratically, however; hopefully it won't interfere with anything. I'll be pleased when that is over, though, since after next week, I'll more or less be clear, uni and work excepting. ^_^

Alright, only missing Zuh, so I guess one less frontline fighter. Unless he returns suddenly, let's assume he is not here.

[knowledge] Oh, and they are indeed kobolds.

Nicely done! 400 xp for finishing the encounter the way you did.

Want to keep following the tracks?

Hmmm, silence. Do we want to try to attack before he can give warning, or back off and sneak around the (presumably) guard?
