[Nexus Alt-Plot] Nothing and Nightmares {Beans & C'nor}

[Beans]

Thank gods...
When are we going to tell them?

[C'nor]

"That's up to you, love. When you're up to telling them, we tell them, and not before, whether or not they ask."

[Beans]

Let's just do it now.

[C'nor]

Talina nods, and goes to kiss her forehead.
"Alright."
That done, she goes to stand, and carry Nycca downstairs.

[Beans]

She snuggles into her arms as she's carried.

[C'nor]

Talina smiles, looking for Marina and/or Sherry.

[Beans]

Sherry sees and waves to them.

[C'nor]

Talina waves back, smiling, and goes to hug her.

[Beans]

Hug. "Hey, sup?"

[C'nor]

"Nycca and I have some things to tell you..."

[Beans]

We should get the rest of the girls together to hear this...

Eventually, the other girls are gathered around.
It's hard at first, but it finally spills out; many of the onlookers cry at least once.
By the end, Nycca is in tears again.

[C'nor]

Talina gently holds the bat-fey, motioning for Sherry and Marina to come help her.

[Beans]

They come hug the two... and soon all the girls are grouped around them.
Nycca sniffles and smiles a little bit.

[C'nor]

Talina returns her smile, going to kiss her forehead, and stroking her hair and wings.

[Beans]

She sighs.
Glad I got that off my chest...

[C'nor]

The healer nods.

"So am I..."

[Beans]

So um.
I thought about what you said about it maybe working out between us...
She smiles a little more.

[C'nor]

Talina returns the smile, seeming nervous but hopeful.

"And?"

[Beans]

She nuzzles against her cheek.
I agree.
The gathered-around gals release a collective "d'awwwww" as I deadtime.

[C'nor]

Talina grins in a way the Cheshire Cat would be proud of, and goes to kiss her.

[Beans]

She kisses back, blushing and feeling better for the first time in a long while.

[C'nor]

Talina will hold the kiss until Nycca breaks it off; the healer looks as though she'd like to spin or something, but doesn't want to risk knocking anyone out with her friend.

[Beans]

Nycca hugs her tightly, smiling in contentment.

[C'nor]

Talina returns the smile and the hug, going to carry Nycca into the kitchen, in the hopes that she'll be more interested in eating now that she's feeling better.

[Beans]

She scoops up a yogurt and spoon and starts eating!

[C'nor]

Talina's grin somehow manages to get wider, and she goes to make herself a sandwich, as she didn't have breakfast today.

[Beans]

And they are eating happily!
Nycca snuggles closer, starting on an apple.

[C'nor]

Talina seems quite pleased about this, offering some of her sandwich to the Molossa.

[Beans]

She eats that as well, as well as other things.
Nycca ends up eating quite a lot by the time she finishes.

[C'nor]

Talina seems quite pleased with that, nuzzling her friend's neck.
