I enjoy character avatars in general. I'm not totally sure what this angel's story is, but it looks like he has one. Something about that spike off to the side of that sword is distracting.

Eh, it's not bad. Colors are a bit strong, lines are good but a tad messy, idea is clear. I'll give you a 5/10, points off for not having it in OotS-style really. I think it's funny, anyway.

The line on the hat are strangely squared compared to the rest. The hat look like it barely stands on the head.
The head feels a bit too big for the body but i guess OOts proportion gnome make it kind of mandatory.

The clothes are nice and very detailes. shadowing is light, perhaps a bit too light in some places; (a shadow on the back of the left leg would be a good idea too)

Right boot make a weird angle witht the ground.

Hm. The bone structure on this one looks rather crazy, His expression is a bit too strange for me, and the fingernails and mouth are pure white. The shirt should have a bit more outline, too. 4/10.

Hmm, an angel. I've always loved angels.. So.. Angelic! But to the point, it's a well done avatar, even if it isn't that complicated. 8/10!

EDIT: It's a ponytar of Lux, a champion in League of Legends. She's meant to be happy and sparkly with cheer. :)

I'm not generally a fan of the ponies, unless I'm at the track; but your avatar is cute. I love the bundled-up look, like it's ready to head out into the elements to - I was about to say face the dangers of the world, or some such; but that smile is just too... pleasant(?) - take some cookies to grandmother's house, maybe? Is this Little Pony Bluehood?

All in all I'm enjoying it. 8/10 because I'm biased against ponies and I don't give a 10/10 for anything that doesn't amaze me.

It was supposed to be Spellthief Lux from League of Legends, but I couldn't manage the colour scheme, so I went with something that looked nice.
I think it suits Lux if she were a pony, but I'm not an expert on ponifying characters.

Yours on the other hand, is very good. I have no idea what it's from, or is, or whether it's an original artwork, or a reused image, but it's interesting.

@V I'll take that 6/10. I'm talking with a digital artist I know IRL about drawing me a more legit version than something scanned from Dr Seuss's book, but it's currently WIP.

It looks like a Dr. Seuss book illustration. In fact, I think it is one. I really don't know what else to say; it's just kinda odd. If I'm right and it's a scan, then 6/10 for at least picking an unusual subject. If you drew it, then 10/10 for fooling me.

Ooohhh, nice. I haven't noticed you having done huge amounts of OOTS avataring before. The lines are thin, but the avatar itself is great. I.... did not start out that well. 8/10. Yeah, mainly the lines are too thin. Apart from that, wow.

A platypus on a flying bicycle. The idea is fantastic, the execution is not artistically impressive but it conveys the idea behind, a platypus soaring through the sky, quite well.

I love the colors, and I think it's a good style overall, but... it's just so busy that it's hard to take it all in. Also, your lines seem... grainy? Something is off with them, especially in the skirt.

Overall, a beautiful idea and good style, but the execution needs to be cleaned up a little.

A grey and black pony doesn't sound that exciting, but the pose and expression make her look mournful. The horn looks a touch odd to me, maybe a little too flat? The tail looks a bit on the small side, too. Other than that, not bad. 8/10

If you would rate my fresh ponytar, I'd appreciate it. Now with the thicker lines I've been hearing about.

#1. Good idea. However that was not what the avatar was.... Oh well.
#2. Also.... the only time Pinky posts in this thread after me... it's when I have the second worst avatar I've ever made. Ah well.

Now your avatar, I like it. One thing is, though, why is the horn round? It looks sort of weird. Also, the tail coming over the flank looks odd. Overall though, pretty good. 7/10.
