Lillith's hand moves away from her dagger.
"Ah, well, ours will likely result in... disappointment for them. Unfortunately, if we are all planning on making a move tonight, we will probably cause each other problems. Perhaps some information from you will prevent that sad, sad, event."

Loras shakes his head in disbelief, "We cannot permit these two to go free. They may alert our enemies of our plans. They cannot come with us as they may betray us. I would prefer not to slay them but we can detain them here until the morning."
"Your slaying us might happen, but would be a shameful waste, considering how many of you would die in the process"
"You seek Lucian Gallbright. And Madame Esseandra's missing girl. This, we can guess"
"You will not succeed against Gregor in your current force."
"You will not succeed against Gregor by yourselves. Or his Boss in the Basement. He guards his victims fondly. In truth, I do not believe he regards them as victims"
"And your time is short, his next shipment out is the dawn of today."
"WE were thinking of laying wait for Lucian and his allies at the gate, and playing a long-term game."
"But perhaps you Gentlemen and Ladies have a better idea? A more immediate idea?"
"And in any event, such as us, the Servants of a goddess of secret knowledge and shadow war, will probably not exchange gossip with our enemy about you, who are not, while we fight him"
"Who are you people? What is this 'goddess of secret knowledge and shadow war'? Loras is not happy with these two obvious lunatics and now really wants to kill them both. They are a danger to the mission and must be removed.

Knowledge: Religion (1d20+1)[21] to see if I know anything about their religion.
"Do you honestly expect to just show up and have a group of strangers welcome you with open arms? If half what you claim about us is true then we are dangerous people intent on breaking and entering, murder and who knows what else. Why shouldn't we just kill you and be done with your insanity?"
Spoiler
Do they have anything of obvious value on them that we could take when we loot their corpses?
Are they both human?
Esseandra forces her way to the front, staring up at the two strangers, purple fire swirling around her hands, her face an expression of frustration and anger, "You seem to know me yet we have never met before... If you really do know me then you'll know I do not stand either myself or my Girls being threatened.
So, you have one choice right now. Get out of our way so we can rescue what was taken or we go throughyou..."

"Boss, Esseandra, I say we let 'em help. Every blade, spell or bomb would come in handy tonight. Let's face it, we're up against a mage and his small army of mooks. If there are people who want to do unplesant things to them? Why not let 'em help. Under the condtion that if we reach 'em first, they get whats left."

"Perhaps. If you betray us, you will not enjoy the results."

Sense motive(1d20+5)[17] Knowledge local: any mention of these priests in conjunction with Gregor and associates?(1d20+4)[8]
Well, the only issue here is if we can trust them. If we can, then they may make decent cannon fodder. If we can't, then they may still make decent cannon fodder. If they serve Gregor however, we are screwed

You've vaguely heard that this is a priesthood that is quietly popular amongst people that live by their wits and charms. And there's nothing do tie them to Gregor at all.
They do fit the description of the two that took away Silver Allie's injured lieutenant from her house yesterday morning.
"And why exactly would you be willing to help us? What do you or your order get out of it?" Esseandra says, the purple fire jumping between one hand and the other now.

"Why would we NOT help you? These people hurt our devotee."
"Which was the last in a long line of provocations"
"And don't act so aggressive, Madame Esseandra. Yours have enjoyed our protection for a while now"
"And there are some of yours that are also ours, though they will not say so"
"And some of Silver Ellies, too, yes. Although the protection to her own self was removed by the revelations of yesterday morning."
"And do we wish to stand talking here? Gregor has made three shipments, such far. If you want to stop the fourth, and save your girl, your strokes better move in time with ours"
"Because we are done with this business, and not knowing whats behind it"
"And it bothers us not to know"
"Again, do you wish to stand talking here all night?"
"I suppose we can trust them to not betray us to Gregor, and if he is making a shipment tonight, it would probably be easier to intercept it than to attack the compound. However, they go in front."

This discussion is pointless. Obviously we can't trust a group of oddball- Ysh'set pauses to regard his company, ...odd-er ball strangers. Yet striking at them would be equally foolish; at best squandering resources devoted to our true mission. I propose they march ahead some distance where they can't easily turn on us and we can carefully observe them.
"Stabbing them would seem to be counter-productive. I think that they are telling us the truth, at least as far as their dislike of Gregor goes."

"Ya sure, they might turn on us, so we keep a eye on 'em. But lets face it, we'll need the help. I got no time for my more fancy explosives, and we have a pair of cleric, wizard people here. So, lets go, make 'em march in front, and while they hack peop0le to bits, we shoot, stab, burn, freeze and otherwise have fun on the guards."

Twice damned if I know. Ysh'set draws his wand of Mage Armor and offers it to Lillith. If you or your sister would be so kind...Matt would be wise to undergo a charge himself.
Lillith takes the wand, and uses it on Ysh'Set
"Matt, do you want me to use the wand of you as well?"
If Matt does want mage armor, Lillith will use the wand on him as well, before passing it back to Ysh'Set

As the creepy twins advance through the party, "Gretel" pulls out a pair of scrolls, which she reads with a mutter.
"Hansel" vanishes, and then her. Their foorsteps remain with you.
As the compount comes into view, you see the inner gate is closed, the outer open. Two figures in mails lean absently to either side, two more pace the walls.
"I assume that we're heading to the wall to climb over?" Loras stays with the group even if they opt to go through the gate but if they opt for an unpatrolled section of wall he clambers up as carefully and quietly as he can, stopping when a guard moves by until they are out of earshot.

If anyone gives him a rope then he will carry it up and pass it down to the less nimble party members after securing it.
Talking in a very low voice while watching the guards on the walls, Esseandra says, "I brought very little with me, and alas, a rope is not one of the items I did bring."
Watching the walls again, blinking furiously, her eyes glaze over, turning a milky white before looking closely at the compound.
A blaze of illusion from two humanoid shapes close in front of you, about where "Hansel" and "Gretel" would be. Nothing from the guards, or the compound walls.
Inferes rasps; "Of course I brought a rope and a grapple. Question is, do we eliminate the opposition on the walls first? Or what?"
