Inferes moves back torwards you and further out into the rapidly emptying street (which has a small population of relatively innocent-looking people running away, overturning a fruitcart (of course) in the process), giving herself room to manuever, and takes a shot at the nearest of the approaching four.
Attack:(1d20+5)[6] Damage (1d8+1)[6]
Her aim thrown off by something slippery underfoot, her arrow goes wide and pinions a pigeon. "Bloody urban hygiene! SOmebody stand in front of Lilith while she's concentrating!"
Red walks briskly at the enemy group, interposing himself between the enemy and his employers. He aims to completely crush one enemy. Maybe the extremely violent death of one of their companions will scare the others away.
Spoiler
HP: 39/39 AC: 13(15-2 due to Punishing Stance) Move Action: Move toward enemy group. Swift Action: Recover Stone Bones. Standard Action: Attack closest enemy if possible. Attack Roll: (1d20+4)[6]. Power-attacking for 2. Damage Roll: (2d6+8)[11].
((To clarify the situation, I gave us a free round, based on the opponents not having noticed the rest of the group behind Inferes and not expecting Inferes to just turn around and spray them. So Inferes, Lilith, Red and Ysh'set have used or reserved two rounds worth of actions, Matt is not present, and everyone is still being waited on. Thanks to the Stunning Fist and distances involved, none of the enemies have gotten to do much yet.
Enemy status is one on the ground unconscious for the next (2d4)[6] rounds, one stunned until next round and four closing))
Loras shoots twice at the ugliest of the brutes. He has no intention of letting them get close enough to hit him. Are there easy handholds to clamber up to the rooftops nearby? If so he shoots and then climbs up to shoot again.
((Third round begins! And we're all acting before them. Those that are posting anyway. If you haven't posted yet, roll initiative soon, and act immediately if it's higher than 6))
Lilith's sleep spell on the two rearmost of the approaching thugs:
Will Save DC 16:(1d20+1)[3]
Will Save DC 16:(1d20+1)[12]
((The tanglefoot bag will be resolved when the opposition moves closer. Loras, I'll let you scamper up, but you'll have to use this round to do it. If you change your mind let me know.))
Inferes moves to stand over the unconscious, color-sprayed thug and shouts, "Pervert! Coup de grace!" The tiny viper drops onto the prone figure with a hiss. ((Does that count as a five foot step? If, he can start right now))
((Well, if he can))
Spoiler
Fort save against death: DC 11:(1d20+5)[7]Against poison DC 10:(1d20+5)[19]
Con damage if he fails against the poison:(1d6)[1]
Seeing the stunned thus is about to recover, Inferes sends an arrow at him:
Attack:(1d20+6)[12] Damage:(1d8+2)[8] Plus sneak attack (1d6)[3]
((Result, Unconscious thug is DEAD. But he saved against the poison. Stunned thug is down on -7. Two of the approaching thugs are sleeping, two remaining are still closing and are in charge range of Red, Inferes, and Mr Tanglefoot.
"Remember how St. Dovis the Short slew the Goliath of Oldtown with naught but his sling and his faith?" Loras giggles as he takes a single powered sling shot at one of the thugs approaching the others. "Death from above."
Spoiler
Expend psionic focus to activate Psionic Shot for an extra 2d6 damage
Sling (1d20+7)[10]
Confirm if natural 20 (1d20+7)[15] x2

Seeing her sleep spell thin the ranks, Lillith draws her sword, and starts to move to Inferes position.

Standard Action: Use Stone Bones on the closest enemy if possible. Otherwise, ready an action to use Stone Bones against any enemy that enters my reach. Attack Roll: (1d20+6)[17]. If it hits, Red gains DR 5/Adamantine. Damage Roll: (2d6+4)[12].

CCIR: (1d20+5)[25]
((And thanks to Red for posting his AC))
The stroke against Red strikes true, but makes no impression on his sudden preternatural resilience. The bloodied thug opposing him looks confused.
Ysh'set takes a hit. His opponent grins, and looks around for his sleeping friends, whom he seemed to have expected to do something. "Boys, boys, not again!"
Seeing the Guards go for her sister, Lillith moves to intercept one, allowing her hood to fall back as she does so. When the guard gets in range, she awkwardly flails her sword at him.
attack:(1d20)[9] Damage(2d6+1)[13] Lillith ac: 15

Inferes pulls back another arrow, "Sweet sister, when I said "use the sword", I was using the word "sword" as a metaphor for any weapon at your disposal. I apologise for being unclear. The bow should serve you better" She steps forward about ten feet, Pervert hissing at her heels, and fires at the thug facing Red.
Attack:(1d20+6)[22] Damage (1d8+2)[7]
CCIR:(1d20+6)[25]
Red's opponent drops to the ground, swearing loudly but plainly out of the fight. Lilith is engaging Ysh'set opponent.
"What, they were coming at me quickly. I made a choice, and they seemed to be a bit close for bow work. Besides, hitting random people with arrows always seems like a bad idea to me."

"I never said that the arrow would hit a random target, just that the target would not be a good choice. And that was a very vicious pigeon, begging for bread. It just got you at a bad time."

Now that the those standing are in the melee Loras decides that shooting them might put his new friends in danger. He takes a quick look around to make sure that they aren't attracting any more "visitors". If the city watch are , in fact, making their ponderous way towards the sounds of combat then he warns the group below. It really wouldn't benefit anybody if we had to kill the lawful protectors of this city.
If there's no sign of lawful intervention or reinforcements for the thugs then he spends a few seconds regaining his psionc focus.
Spoiler
Concentration check (1d20+6)[21] DC20

Red cautiously moves around Ysh'het's opponent, then strikes that guy with his sword.
Spoiler
HP: 39/39 AC: 13(15-2 due to Punishing Stance) Move Action: Five-foot step up..ish? Standard Action: Melee Attack the guy, regain maneuvers with my swift action. Attack Roll: (1d20+6)[10]. Damage Roll: (2d6+4)[13] + (1d6)[6].
The remaining standing thug avoids Red's attack. He's obviously aware now that he's now beset by three opponents, and that his backup has evaporated. He keeps his eyes on Ysh'set, guarding against the latters attack.
The street is clearing rapidly of non-combatants, except for one really dedicated fruit vendor who is frantically chasing his errant melons. No sign of enemy reinforcements or the city authority. Yet.
Red inches around to sandwich the last survivor between himself and Lilith, then lets loose with a powerful swing.
Spoiler
HP: 39/39 AC: 13(15-2 due to Punishing Stance) Move Action: Five foot step to flank with Lilith if possible. Standard Action: Attack closest guy. Attack Roll: (1d20+5)[18] +2 if flanking, Power attacking for 1. Damage Roll: (2d6+6)[13].
EDIT: I keep forgetting to include the +1d6 from Punishing Stance.

The remaining thug, hit solidly by Ysh'set, attempts to tumble away.
((DC15 tumble check:(1d20-1)[11], if failed AoOs from Red and Lilith: Red is rolled for, Lilith:
Attack:(1d20+2)[20] Damage (2d6+1)[8]))
His attempt at dashing swashbuckerly behaviour works out really badly for him as he is basically sliced into mincemeant by 2 zweihanders hitting from opposite directions.
Inferes, seeing the downed Thug attempting to crawl away, puts an arrow torwards him.
"Well, I think this went well. We have a prisoner, and 5 corpses to loot, and not a lot of time to do it in. We should take him elsewhere to interrogate, and learn who sent them."
As she is talking, she moves over to one of the sleeping thugs, and Coup de Graces him.
damage: (4d6+2)[16]

Red carries one thug, minus all of his gear, and expects someone else to carry the other one. He also takes one of their weapons as a backup in case his own is lost or damaged.
"We should search the bodies before we go. They may have something useful."
