I should note this more clearly; it tries to grab any appendages it can reach. It's not very fast. At the very least, it will wrap a tentacle around Greenwing's leg, but if the dragonman's slow, it can hold all of them.
Greenwing is very physically weak. Very. Once a tentacle gets ahold of one of his limbs, it's not going to be letting go of that one.

Take note that only the wearer of the bracelet can make wishes too (and all wishes must be what the efreeti is capable of).
Greenwing isn't 100% sure of that yet, and thought the words wouldn't hurt anything.
Wow, I think aside from Zane (and the post with Hustler that I'm awaiting a PM back from - I know he's in wedding mode so no worries) I think I'm all caught up. Correct me if I'm wrong, however.
Yes, some have dispersed into the city, many are milling around or fighting. Some have started attacking the guards, who have been trying to apprehend them. Anyone who enters the area keeps their appearance. However, you'll have to cross half the city to get there. You're in the slums, after all. The north gate across the river has been closed and is filtering people slowly through in either direction. This gate is closest to the scene of the crime. The whole river bridge is clogged. You might have better luck going around the exterior and coming to the east gate from the other side.
Yeah, he got the wealth and influence to buy Jana a place among the nobility by soloing level-appropriate dungeons, there's quite a punch to him all right. Of course, the power came from wheeling and dealing and political shenanigans after they had their foot in the door.
Well, I'm waiting for something to happen where Greenwing can do something. Besides torching the crowd or someone casting a spell for him to fry, he kinda can't do anything.
He was kinda counting on the guard to be competent to subdue a single injured man...
When you make a way to swear angrily at the sky in an ancient draconic tongue to bring an effing train/meteor/fire/chicken apocalypse, you count as creative.
Done.

I cannot tell you the number of times I laughed while reading this.

I mean real life creativity, like writing or other things. Minecraft has eaten much of mine in the past. So has halo forge. In both these things I'm extreamly creative, but it's not something I can show off to anyone not also affiliated to the game. I can't just go into a job interview, flick on the xbox, and show them the puzzles and maps I've created.
As to Plans, I can post as the guards, but there's more people than there is guards, creating as much of a hardship of getting to Zane as Zane is having getting out of the frey. Also, I figured you'd respond in some fashion to the fact that magic took place by the efreeti in exchanging damage. At the point they're arresting who they can, so it's petering some what, but it's still rather chaotic.

and, WHAT precisely, are you expecting me to do? You can't dispel healing. It's not an ongoing magical effect. My wings are crippled, there are a thousand (hyperbole alert) civilians in the way to get caught in any breath weapons I use, and he's physically useless in a fight. Everything I could think to do that don't involve mass murder has been locked out.

It's basically an incredible, large, mod that basically makes an entire game using Skyrim's engine and some of its textures. Sadly, they told people about it whilst it was still in progress, and the scumbags down at Warner Brothers slapped a CnD on 'em.

Yeah, I'm not sure where 3Second and TheAnti are. They know each other IRL, so I'd use one to poke the other, but both seem to be in ninja mode at present. Hope to see them soon.
Furthermore, I've had someone show interest in playing, and since we're missing a few people, I'm inclined to let them join. They're still playing catch up, but just giving everyone warning.
