The silhouetted figure continues to stare at you for a moment, but eventually relents. "Get over here and hold that light steady. We're late as it is." As you approach you can see that there's a strange machine between the men and one of the panels on the side seems to be open. The guy looks back at you when you're 6 meters away, a look of surprise on his face, "Why do you have pokemon out?"

worst fears confirmed dave yells "AND WHY DO YOU HAVE A BOMB YOU BASTARDS!" as he whips out his sling shot and points at the one on the left(B1) he doesn't give them a chance to answer and commands nosey to attack "there is your geodude nosey" before letting a sling bullet fly at the mans head

Looking at the bomb, he sighs, pulling a scalpel into his hand before continuing, "I'd ask why, but there's no excuse for this. Varen... Take them down! Astonish!" The ghost circles around, swiftly striking at the one on the left.

Blake will ready an action for an arms attack against any enemy that comes within melee range.
Dave's slingshot bullet flies at the man on the left, bouncing off his hip as he stands up, a look of shock turning into pain. Your other commands ring out and that same man is hit from above by Varen, then doubled over as Nosey rams into him. His partner releases an orange monkey with a fiery tail and he seems to gain focus. The damaged man drops a pokeball and out pops a small grey humanoid standing between Nosey and Rhea.

Blake points his P-Gear at the fire-type to scan it, saying, "Varen, circle around and hit the monkey and his trainer with Psywave!" The ghost Pokemon quickly flies around behind the opponents, eyes glowing pink, before releasing a wave of psychic energy at the monkey and its trainer.

Varen moves to A7 and uses Psywave, aiming straight ahead in order to hit B2 and Mo(it's Column 2M wide, 4M long)
Psywave - AC: (1d20)[1] v 5, Psychic Damage((1d4)[3]) - If 1 or 2: 4 damage, if 3: 9 damage, if 4: 13 damage. This doubles on a critical hit.
Blake keeps his readied action of a melee attack against any enemy that comes into range.
The Muscular man on the right calls out a fiery monkey and begins to collect and focus his strength. Dave's shot plinks off the other trainer but he releases a small grey skinned humanoid, as well. Collin and Blake stand back, not yet prepared to fight. Varen circles around, but misses his targets with his mental attack. Nosey steps back to hit the damaged trainer, but his grey skinned mon leaps in the way and covers the attack (uses next turn's Shift, thus applicable this turn). Rhea prepares to rollout on the flaming monkey, but she skids in place, missing her target.

Blake narrows his eyes, before commanding, "Varen, hit that monkey already!" The ghost lets out a cry before dashing towards the simian Pokemon, attempting to strike at it.

The muscular man to the right strikes with a quick and focused punch, slamming into rhea and knocking her away. She skids to a stop on her own, unconscious but breathing. Dave fires off another shot at the damaged trainer, but he misses wildly. In response, the damaged man waits, choosing to act after others. Collin returns his unconscious Sandshrew and sends out Isonade by accident. The fish looks ecstatic to see others and flops happily. Blake once again stays guarded. The fire monkey bounds towards the ghost pokemon in a fiery wheel, burning Varen with the attack. Varen retaliates with an attack of his own, hitting the monkey back. The Gray skinned humanoid chops at Nosey with his strong arm, dealing a lot of damage. In retaliation, Nosey knocks him the Muk out with a wild Flailing. The damaged trainer recalls his Machop with a hurt look in his eye and releases what Blake recognizes as a Mankey. Varen is hurt by his burn.

dave rushes over to nosey and quickly applies a potion to nosey before the mankey can orient it self(dave shift to F2)"keep at it girl you got this" he reassures nosey he then turns to the trainer "It will end the same as last time so I recommend you recall you mon put our hands behind your head and get on the ground before you run out of pokemon to put between me and you for your own safety"

"Tch... another hit like that... Varen, return..." Blake says, recalling his Misdreavus and sending out his most recent acquisition. "Lyra, I'm counting on you!" The Ledyba hovers in place, ready to move at its trainer's command.

The muscled man walks forward and throws an elbow at Collin, hitting him in the chest. Dave's potion returns Nosey to full health, giving the pokemon added confidence and he trumpets bravely! The damaged man takes a deep, rattling breath and glares at Nosey, intimidating the poor creature, as he steps back. Collin takes the hit and instead of fighting someone much stronger than him, he moves next to his other allies. Blake returns Varen and releases Lyra a ways back, for safety. The Monferno moves closer, leering at Nosey unnerving him. Isonade flops around, curious as to the strange machine before it. The Mankey swipes furiously at Nosey, hitting twice for equal amounts of damage. Nosey flails about again, hitting the Mankey hard. It looks like it's not doing so good.

Collin takes the hit, not significantly injured by it. "I see you're a lot better at picking on small pokemon than you are facing another man."
Isonade will jump up in the air and land in the middle of the machine.

despite Collin's bravado, he doesn't mind in the slightest if an ally or two distracts the guy. I just figure that if y'all are busy mopping up their mons, I can keep him from hurting them.
"oh no you don't" dave steps to E4 and swings at the flaming monkey with the bright end of his flashlight "don't let them intimidate you nosey hit them with every thing you got!"

Blake scowls, moving towards the others while still keeping his scalpel ready in case he needs to fight, before putting it away as he gets next to Nosey. Pulling out a potion, he sprays the medicine over the Phanpy. "Lyra, go! Supersonic, now!" The Ledyba darts forward, past the Mankey, and releases a blast of high-pitched sound.

The muscled man stalks forward and hits Dave with a Karate chop. Dave takes the hit and steps around the man to throw a kick at the Monferno. The other man calls out to his partner, "Let's just go!" but seems unable to escape just yet. Collin's taunt seems not too affect anyone and Blake brings Nosey back to full health again. Monferno, at his trainer's urging, swipes at the Magikarp, only hitting twice. It returns with a useless flopping and an annoyed moan. The Mankey swings wildly at Nosey, but his attack misses entirely. Lyra bolts up closer to the fight and lets out a supersonic wail that confuses both Mankey and Monferno. Nosey continues it's flailing, hitting the Mankey again, this time knocking it out.

Blake quickly pulls out his scalpel again, swiping at the trainer near him before stepping back and saying, "Alright, Lyra. Take out the trainer! Comet Punch!" The Ledyba dashes towards the trainer and unleashes a barrage of rapid punches.

The martial artist surprises you all by stepping back, and leaps into the air and kicks Dave as passes overhead. Dave immediately gets out of the way and injects himself with Enriched Water, bringing himself to 40 HP. The other man recalls his Mankey and disappears into the darkness. Collin returns Isonade, and sends out Lady Sybaris, the Trapinch looking dangerous. Blake makes use of his scalpel and slashes a gash into the enemy's arm before getting out of the pokemon's way. Monferno looks like it tries throw flames at Nosey, but instead hurts himself in the confusion. Lyra dives in and hits the Martial artist hard, several times. The trainer looks like he's in a lot of pain. Nosey, at full health still, bounds into the confused monkey and flails wildly in an attempt to damage it.
The remaining trainer, coughing blood, moves away and kicks the Lantern away, casting the place in darkness. You do not know where he is, but you can hear ragged breathing.

Scowling as the area is bathed into darkness, Blake steps forward, patting Lyra and saying, "Good job! Now, Lyra, hit that monkey with a Tackle!" A push from Blake sends the Ledyba dashing at the Monferno, trying to ram into it.

With their enemies in retreat dave rushes over to the bomb and attempts to neutralize it. He then has an Idea and calls over to nosey "nosey come sniff this we need to track the one that is getting away!"

Dave is able to easily figure out the inner workings of the bomb and completely neutralizes it within seconds. Collin chases after the martial artist but the man's just out of his reach. The Monferno doesn't hurt itself this time but it's ember barely misses Lyra. With Blake's assistance, she throws herself into a speeding tackle and knocks the fiery monkey out cold. Nosey rushes over and tries to get the scent of the escaped trainer, but to no avail. Sybaris, glad to partake in the fight, chases down and attacks the remaining trainer. You hear a thud and the ragged breathing stops.
Nodding, Blake says, "Well done, Lyra. Return." Recalling the Ledyba, he releases Celeste, and quickly links with his companion's mind. We need to find the person that ran away during this battle. Think you can help? Blake thinks to Celeste, relaying information on the current situation on the island over the telepathic link. Hmph... the coward won't be able to escape me. is the mental reply from the Umbreon as she moves to sniff the bomb, trying to get the scent of the escaped trainer.
