And so, Snickers, Foxglove, and Uncle Flapjack transport the Frankenwaffles to the train station. Once the boxed baking monsters are loaded aboard, fond farewells are shared with the rugged mountain pony, before he boards the train and takes his leave.

Snickers waves off his uncle's train, until it disappears around a turn in the tracks amongst the trees. After a moment of silence, he suddenly observes in a flat tone: "You know... I don't think he ever quite realized that we aren't actually dating."

Foxglove blinked as that worry set back in....And then slid back out as she realized that he didn't live near here, and she'd probably not see him until much later.
"...I don't think it matters. What he thinks, I mean."

It seemed very far removed from her life...Unlike... Well, other things that might happen on a train station, soon.
"...Soft's leaving..."
She muttered. This wasn't information except the idea the departure had slowly jolted back into her head. She had gotten the letter...yesterday, maybe? It seemed so long ago.

Snickers sighs. "Yeah, I know. I've been meaning to go see her before she leaves..." he murmurs. Granted, she was his cousin after all, so it wasn't like he'd never see her again. Still...

The pegasus grins. "Let's go say hi!"

Foxglove said, her face tightening into a lonely frown. She looked up at Snickers with hooded eyes.

"...Or else she wouldn't be leaving, right?"

Sandy scratched his head. So, he had to be himself, but be more than himself, and that somehow didn't count as a lie he was supposed to avoid. "I'm so confused..." the stallion said, looking unintentionally adorkable as he stood there completely baffled.

-> Background endless groovy blue all around as a low stool slides in from behind forcing Sandy to sit on it. Pop music began to play in the background. It is whatever beat you want it to be to make the word flow.

"Nooooow listen up Sandy 'cuz here's the deal~ Gonna make you up fine, gonna make the ladies squeal~" Gearstride appeared up behind Sandy with a comb and some gel.

"Gonna start with a new hair-do~Gonna make it so the ladies gonna swoon~" Suddenly the bottle of gel grew humongous and dumped a lot of gel on him before Gearstride bucked him out of it as she sang. His mane looked hip.

[Anyone can join in with their own rhymes and visuals, even Sandy who'd likely be trying to run away from the disney acid sequence]

Spark waved good bye and went inside the house and locked the door. He called out for Tinker and Cloud but got no answer. He furrowed his brows and walked into their little living room and saw a note on the coffee table. He went over and read it and only donned a confused expression.

"What were wrong with my mane, tell me where was the flaw~ I have t'say, I liked what they did at the spa~" He glared down at his muzzle as the mirror faded into nothingness. "Now I know I said I was gonna play along~ But could somepony tell me why I'm talkin' in song?!~"

Pyrite had been bothered by this whole SmoothiexSpark thing. Something was just sort of naggling at the back of his soul...But he was confident it had resolved. Because Smoothie, in his mind, had kept the appointment she had with Spark and told him.

...But he wanted to check in, just in case.

The little stallion shrunk back, shielding his eyes from the bright lights. A hoof to the back shoved him forward in less of a strut, and more of an ungainly stumble-fall.

He sheepishly waved to the lot of them, only to have them turn up their muzzles and keep dancing. The stallion rested his head on the bar, the barkeep (wiping a glass, of course) shook his head at the hapless fellow. "This just doesn't feel like me~ If only I were some other pony~" Out on the dance floor, a muscular, tall, suave-looking version of himself gave a dazzling smile, sending all the fillies a-fainting and leaving him sitting alone. "I'm short, I'm meek, I can't compare~ With all them other lads out there~ Why should any filly look my way?~ The stallion took a breath, leaving just enough time for somepony to jump in mid-rhyme.
