The astral construct is not affected by Vikcara's bardic performance but the manifestation of one is, right? So it should last one turn longer since the manifestation level is increased by 1.

You're a magician archetype right? I don't see anything in its performance that says you actually increase my caster level.

Okay caster level checks are not equal to caster level... got it.

Yea, caster level checks matter for things like spell resistance, dispelling, and i believe counterspelling. They don't matter for actual caster level, or i'm pretty sure every bard would be a magician for that power.

spell resistance, dispelling, and counterspells are so rare relative to attack and damage, a single spell shouldn't be so unbalancing... would it?

Oh, caster level checks for concentration checks as well, right?

I may or may not take up that offer... what about it people would you prefer Scrag as a front liner or as a more healer based oracle?

Well, I don't think we know yet. I mean, we haven't actually had a big fight yet ... pugwampi's may not require that, but a fight with gnolls could very well need that. I don't know that I've seen enough of each of our characters to say definitively that we need "Role A" ... not yet, at least.

Now, if someone is not enjoying their character (or, say, a particular ability isn't working as expected), then I say go for it. Unless someone isn't happy with where Krog is going, or what he brings to the fight, I will probably stick with him as is. My biggest issue is that being a 'drunken barbarian' doesn't really mean much until later.

I agree with Starbin. It's too early to decide if a character fits or not. Need more information.

I'm happy with Grace so far, anyway.

I'd be happier with Vikcara if we had more spell casters... but no really I'm fine with her, she just needs to gain a few more levels.

To be fair Scrag is a full caster, just has the ability to tank that's all... Also there's the Daga Mor and you yourself. So roughly half of the party is casters.

The only change I'd make to the dagda more is switching out his psicrystal feat for a feat from psionics expanded that adds a few new menu options. Most important of which is a utility one
