Soo....This is a thread for steam, right?
Assuming so, I have a very weird thing to report with ye olde steam right now. For whatever reason, Saints Row the Third just popped up on my library of games list to be downloaded and installed, and...I have no idea why? I don't even have a credit card attached to Steam(at least, I don't believe I do, I only have Steam installed in order to play Skyrim), and I certainly haven't been gifted a game or anything like that. So...why did it show up for? Also, if it matters, it says "1 Days left" next to it.

Random fact; I can play a really mean Saharan Spy w/ DR set (minus the Fez) on Kong King. I have yet to see if this applies to King of the Hill maps in general though.

So I'm back once more for magical bartertimes.
Torchlight 2 is a thing I need to be playing, preferably before the rest of the planet is done with it/at level fifty billion on all possible characters. Unfortunately, I'm a bit short of the price for it at the moment.
So: A combination of Thief 2, Bastion and anything up to $6 of your choice (that being the most I can get at the moment) for Torchlight 2. Would anyone be willing to take me up on this?
Edit: There's some TF2 stuff as well but I doubt anyone cares about a couple random vintage items these days.

Theoretically, keys exist to open crates, so eventually, keys purchased should be fitted into a crate.
However, they've been co-opted as a ridiculously strong currency compared to its "real" value: a key is worth perhaps three times the expected value of a crate's contents, when comparing values in terms of metal.

that's broken thinking.
the supply might be limited but there will be no demand. as there aren't any crates. they can't be worn or showed off... so it's not realy a status symbol. it would just sit in your inventory.

There is demand just because you can't get it. Sure you can't "show off" but you can't show off normal keys either. Ultimately I do believe that if it doesn't revert to a normal key, that there will be demand for it. Yes you might have to look for a bit, and no one here will be interested in it. But someone will. They will view it either as a really cool item, becuase for the sole reason you can't get it again, or they will see it as an investment because there will be someone else who is a collector that will want it for the sole reason of a more complete collection.
You can show off every hat and every vintage/strange weapon you get, but do you?
I have a Direct hit strange, that I have put maby 100 kills on that sits in my inventory, do I use it to "show off" nope I don't. It still has value though, I won't be selling it for a random weapon even though I won't use it any more.
