Your information is false. Send Steam Support the info, regardless of how old it is.

If Valve do not follow through contact Arcen games on the official forums. They WILL fix your problem.

Search for a trade server, most of them have the haunted horsemann on it and only a few have people actually trading.

So I'm wondering if any other TF2 players play lobbies are any other competitive thing. I know a few have in the past, but some of those players have kind of moved away from the forums and once we lost the server we kind of stopped doing competitive Saturdays.

I've been getting into lobbies a lot lately, played like 15 in the last week and have been having a lot fun even though most of the matches seem to be steam rolls.

There is this achievement-Idle trade server with halloween settings where you can get the haunted scrap. Monoculus appears there as well. The only thing you can't get from there is the Bombinomicon, IIRC.

I'm am kind of suspicious since I heard there was a virus of some sorts on steam and that there was nothing in the recent news saying they were updating it. Any ideas?

That is normal behavior. Let it do it's thing. I can explain if you care but it isn't exciting.

The "virus" you have heard about is related to web pages being able to do stuff through calls to steam://, particularly Safari since, unlike the other browsers, it will not prompt the user upon such links.
