I used a custom item - ring of air breathing - based on the near-identical ring of water breathing (from Magic Item Compendium). I couldn't find a published source that you were allowing, and didn't want to force the rest of the party to have to deal the limitations of an aquatic character
I've also included a number of specialist crossbow bolts and sling ammunitiion, originally published in Dragon magazine issues 348 and 349. If you don't have access, and don't want to DM such items as a crossbow-fired tanglefoot bag without access to the source, then I can remove them. With the forums down I had to guess at what you'd allow.
I'd also point out one of the obvious problems with an all-monster party - spellcasting is going to be a rarity, simple because most monster's advantages are geared towards melee.

Great, that's two! Based on the cool character concept, and reasonable assumptions by yourself, that I am happy with the ring; I'll think about the bolts by tomorrow (i'm probably fine with it though).
Re: All monsters campaign! (3.5e, High-OP) Looking for DM
Ah, right. I'll take the average, rounded up.

I've fixed all the minor mistakes I could find. Just need to work out a backstory and personality and he'll be done.

Yup. LA buyoff would normally help, but you'll still be behind us for a while in many significant ways.
Only place that has a cheap multi-armed template is (to my knowledge) Savage Species, but that's out.
-----
On the other hand you're currently topping the charts on attacks; if only you could trip and/or grapple, you'd be quite dangerous.

LA buyoff doesn't really help, since it doesn't kick in until I have 9 class levels, by which point I'd be 14th level. Until then, my skills will suffer a -3, and I'll be on low hps.
I'm already reasonably dangerous though. I'm not sure how trip or grapple would help there.

Sure, which is why I was questioning 'more dangerous'.

True. To round out my equipment I'm looking at sources of DR and temporary hps for adventurers on a budget.
My original plan was to get a mount, but I just couldn't take the flying shark creature I picked out seriously enough. Maybe I'd be better off with ride(barghest)?
And besides, this was billed as a low to mid-op game, so I didn't want to push it.

True, it is low op. And you're ranged, so you don't have to worry about going toe to toe with something that can eat your face...unless you come at me with a saddle.

Togo is a 4 armed Sahaugin (from srd, 3 la race) but he seems to be a ranged character.
I'm currently stacking attacks so I'm kind of like a multi-armed guy, but I'm a trip/grapple focused 'assassin' so you shouldn't be a problem for me. (barghest)
The only other character sheet in is a troll charger, so that's almost certainly fine.

Yeah... only 2 arms here... would he be the only one in this group?!?

it's 50/50 atm. You and me against the freaks.

Come to think of it, how do you feel about Hobgoblins, wolves and evil outsiders? I'm thinking us standard 4 limb guys could partner up; I tend to prefer troll company in my monster games.
The only speed bump is the whole "you're chaotic" thing, but a monk should be able to tolerate that.

Sheet submissions by 2359 on Friday GMT; don't forget to include your gear and at least a little background. If you could also include a brief concept outline so I know what you are aiming for it would help.
