[Nexus] The Nest/K's Forest V: Now with more arms per Karyana!

The Nest

The Nest is a converted hotel in the Red Zone. It currently houses Rael Kairos, a 300 year old vampire, a large number of strange lifeforms he's created, and a couple of dozen other vampires that he's made, including Karyana. All of those are mine. Beans controls Zwei, formerly a stitchy undead deathknight, but now resurrected. Technoscrabble is pretty much in control of the Tire Geal here, although technically they're my characters. Mindfreak has Jimmy, a crazy guy that Rael has turned into a vampire.

The Nest also contains one of two permanent access points to K's Forest, the other being in Karyana's room in HALO.

This is exactly what the name says. Mainly notable because Ashley had taken up residence there before she left.

It also contains the only known permanent access to Ashley's Dimension, though that's been sealed off by the mage.

K's Forest

K's Forest is a formerly blank dimension that imprinted on Karyana. She then imprinted it on Zwei and Ashley, though Ashley has recently been removed from the list of those it's imprinted on.

Locations of note within will be added later, but include the Moor, the Crystal Grove, and the City.

Marina unexpectedly pulls Vo into her own lap, eliciting a nervous giggle!

Naera giggles happily, rubbing Vo's back.

Vo lays back on the bed, snuggling the others close.

Naera snuggles them all back, going to kiss her.

She kisses back to the chorus of the others' giggles.

Naera holds the kiss for as long as Vo lets her, hands wandering over the other three.

And a curtain will likely be pulled!

Yep!

Naera, as always, does her best to make sure the other three enjoy it; afterward, she probably ends up snuggled as close to the others as she can, grinning happily, and somewhat out of breath.

"My teleporter which has a the ability to teleport here thanks to the server I set up. I did it so I can see Aseti as much as I want."

"You set up something that allows free access to my home, and bypasses the safeguards letting me know someone has entered?"

Karyana does not look all that impressed with this.

"Er...no. I don't know how it'd bypass any of your safeguards as whenever I use it, whether or not I call ahead beforehand, you always seem to know I'm here."
Her teleporter wasn't undetectable at all! In fact, it's very noticeable, especially if you control the dimension that Megan wants to teleport into.
"And I didn't make the teleporter or the server to specifically get here. It's just that since the Server is connected to the server in my lab so you can have the interdimensional access, and I knew the exact address of it, I was able to lock onto it and teleport here." =I

Karyana goes to pet her while she waits for Megan to respond, not having wanted to upset the coyote-girl.

((Yes. Karyana does always know when Megan is there. Because she, y'know, calls or schedules it every time she shows up, so Karyana is actively watching for her... And in that case, it would have been nice to have had Greg trying to pop in, rather than simply appearing, as well as to have been informed that Karyana probably would have known back when she first started this line of questioning.))

Naera smiles, curling up against Vo, and goes to give the Sopholich a goodnight kiss before she falls asleep.

((Except, you know, there's nothing in the OP saying that the dimension is dimension locked or that Karyana can prevent someone from teleporting in so I didn't think it needed to be an attempt. Also, I figured that Karyana automatically knew whenever someone teleports into her dimension or just plain arrives))

((Except that, in the past, before Megan built the server, she tried to teleport in with whatever it was she was using before, and was stopped. So you did know that Karyana can prevent someone from teleporting in.

And whether or not she knows there's someone in her dimension or not depends on how much attention she's paying; access attempts raise a big flag, but someone's presence is easy to miss unless she's looking for someone.

Also, disregarding the first bit for a moment, why did you assume that Karyana is aware of everyone in her dimension because she's basically in complete control of it, but not think she would be capable of preventing people from teleporting in? ))

Karyana gently strokes Aseti's ears, holding her close, and murmuring comforting things to her.

Naera stretches, yawning awake, and cuddles up to Sherry.

The redhead tries to tickle her, grinning.

Naera laughs and squirms, tickling back!

Naera giggles as well, continuing for a bit, and going to kiss her.

Aseti curls up on her deadtimed fiancee's lap.

Megan will wrap her arms around Aseti, giving her a hug.
