Bael had (effectively) perfect aim in the time it took Lamill to raise his gun and fire because of targeting software that's part of the Soulfire implant.

Gaena, on the other hand, does not, with this weapon, have perfect aim, nor do I recall saying she does. With her Soulfire implant, she's in the same situation as Bael. She does have a great deal of training and experience with her chosen weapon, and she had the entire time before she fired, once he was in the arena, to watch Ssej, hence why she was able to get off two shots like that so quickly, but still.

Ok let's search of a compromise befor we go o far.
Could we see the current scene like this: Ssej has good reactions to draw the strings, but couldn't block them on propuse. He had lucky to block one blade. The other one goes through but only brush him?

You should remember Wolf mentioned no magic that does the kill for you. That's why I assume gunslinger aren't that well seen in the arena since their action isn't a show off of strength.

And your hunters have already mentioned a weapon that could easily beat Ssej.

Another note. my char is made for mid range action in a close combat he would be very weak since the strings need to be warped around, whcih is nearly impossible in close combat.

It is a demonstration of speed, reflexes, and skill, though... Much like swordplay, in that respect. Certainly, the latter requires more brute strength, but still.

That said, that seems a reasonable compromise. For that matter, I'm fine with him moving out of the way of both of them, too, so long as the reason for it is that he was reacting to Gaena's movement in drawing the gun, rather than being able to react to the projectiles themselves...

Mallside has a violence ban if you want to start there. Good place to just meet people and socialize. If you need a tavern and can't go to Trog's, Black Dragon's Den is your other choice.

For general areas try Outside, Inside, or Riverside.

If you're looking for like minded people in a group together, there's the Good League of Good, the Neutralist Organization, the Association of the Malicious Evil and Nefarious, and Heroic Anti-evil and Lawbreaking Association. Or GLoG, NO, AMEN, and HALO respectively.

There's also Watchtower and... I think Murder's still around? The first doesn't have a cool acronym and the latter does maybe.

It's pretty quiet around here tonight. I think people are watching stuff happen.

Well, Cyrus is sane aside from some megalomania and mild pyromania. And probably Sadistic Personality Disorder. Other than all that, though.

Nephrim (and Dam'Bul) are also entirely sane! Not trustworthy, and a pair of evil, manipulative, immoral demons, but sane. Nephrim can even say that after about two hundred years of unrelenting torture. Although when she joined Pazuzu, Demon Lord of Birds and Flight, she did mention she wanted His fancy throne, all His power and complete dominion over the element of air, suggesting she might not be entirely all there.
