Is it OK to post a thread in the 3.5 section involving homebrew, like (in the case I have in mind) asking people to find overpowered tricks using the homebrew class I made? I figured I should ask before I did it.

Sheriff: Yes, that seems reasonable. If the discussion trends toward tweaking the homebrew though, it's likely to be re-routed back to the Homebrew forum.
