Oh my... that is an enormous burrito. I thought it was a giant fish at first.

On a side note, I've been following this thread the past few months, albeit in a lurking type of awkward fashion. I did just get a new phone that has a camera on it, so perhaps I shall start contributing...

That is indeed the largest burrito I have ever seen.

Funny. I looked at it and didn't think it was all that big, actually. Larger than normal, sure, but huge? No.

Same. Looks perfectly manageable. Maybe not in half an hour, but definitely in one sitting.

I agree, if you could actually hold the blasted thing. Without it being saucy and all.

Yeah, it's easier to eat something by hand than with a fork and spoon like that would require.

The picture makes it look much smaller than it actually was in real life. Remember, its 4 pounds of Burrito.

I ended up using a fork and knife. It was too bulky and slippery to hold in my hands.

Yeah, but it's delicious. And Why the sour cream piped on top? They coud have at least had four pounds of burritos instead of four pounds of burrito.

4 pounds = 1.8 kg.

It sounds larger than it is if you use pounds.

I am in favor of a fork and knife burrito. And the guac/sour creme on the side, so I can apply as needed to each bite.

....or just skip the whole thing and get guac and chips!

Piped, I don't know, but it's just a traditionconvention to include sour cream on the side or on top at Mexican restaurants in the U.S. when they serve a burrito or chimichanga that's meant to be eaten with a knife and fork.

I don't know. I just spread the sourcream out over the burrito.

Agamid, that is indeed awesome hair, both before and after (doubly so after). And following in Silverraptor's footsteps of posting photos that have ended up in other threads, here's me and my girlfriend/musical partner in 2007:

I now have a real job so can no longer have fun hair. And the music we're doing these days is spookier, but we dress less so. But I love this photo...and miss my hair.

That said, I've heard of a restaurant not all too far away from here that serves 4 kg burgers, with the added deal that if you manage to eat all of it in one go, you get a refund. The restaurant owner said that he could tell by sight if the person ordering it had a chance at succeeding or not. I see no reason to disbelieve him.

No, four kilos of meat + everything else included in a hamburger (IIRC). Also, it was quite a long time ago I heard about this. I can't remember the details any longer...

Well personally I'd rather just four kilos of meat instead of three kilos of meat and a kilo of toppings and bread.

I've heard of something like this at a Canadian Restaurant. I believe a large dish of poutine is part of the challenge.

Hey, this probably ought to go in Arts & Crafts, but anyways, I made a necklace today to go with my bracelet today. I'm undecided whether it's okay, too much, or just plain stupid. Honest opinions?

It's a neat idea, but since I'm more bent toward the minimalistic, it's honestly a bit too much in my opinion. Seven die-cocoons on one necklace is simply a bit more of the good than I can swallow. A single die-cocoon, perhaps flanked by something a bit less eyecatching, would probably be more in line with my tastes...
