Inspired by the fabulous Heal-hurt game Crisis is running, I decided to run a similar, but simpler game. Healing characters just slows the game down.
Here we hurt characters. Last one standing wins. Who does the playground dislike the least?
Everyone gets two hurt votes a day, which they must spend on two different characters. Once a character reaches 0 hp, they die. After every seventh day, all surviving characters are reset to 10 hp.
Special Days:

Mondays are POWER ATTACK! Mondays, at least until I choose a better name. You hurt one character for three damage, instead of two for one each.
Tuesdays will be Player Power Tuesdays. A random power from the below list will be subjected to the public vote every Tuesday. Any player can propose a new player power. I will add it to the below compendium if I approve it; I may require modifications. A player can propose a second power if he wishes to replace the first one.

Crisis's Rival OotS Game:
(Up or Down vote)
If Yes to Crisis votes exceed the No to Crisis votes, then every player has their first Hurt vote changed into a Heal vote instead, increasing the target character's hp by one.
Earl Scruggs' Banjo Legacy:
(Up or Down vote)
Banjo and all his followers (Elan, Belkar, Haley, Shaman Vurkle and Chief Grukgruk) will be healed for two hp. If Earl Scruggs' Banjo Legacy does not pass, Banjo and his followers will be hurt for one hp.
Feo’s Fabulous Fall
(Up or Down)
If at the end of the day the 'Yes to Feo’s Fabulous Fall' outnumber the 'No to Feo’s Fabulous Fall', then the living character who received the most hurt votes is healed by one. Otherwise, if No votes exceed Yes votes, the living character that received the fewest hurt votes is hurt for one additional point. A tie is decided randomly. If the character affected by this has "Saved by the Bell" status it is removed.

(Character Targeted)
The affected character is handed the Idiot Ball, causing the nearest Heroic Sociopath to Invoke the Rule of Cool and Curb-Stomp them for 5 damage.
PurityIcekiller's Evil Puns
(Up-or-Down Vote)
If at the end of the day, the Yes to Icekiller votes exceed the No to Icekiller votes, each player gets an extra Hurt vote the next day, applied however they wish, as long as they can make a painful pun about the target.
Trufflehound's Tomfoolery:
(Up-or-Down Vote)
If at the end of the day, the Yes to Trufflehound votes exceed the No to Trufflehound votes, the character who was hurt for the most damage will switch hp (after damage) with the character who was hurt for the least damage.
Thursdays are Three-hurt Thursdays. You can hurt three characters, instead of two.
Fridays are Smite Fridays. The character with the most smite votes takes 5 hits.
Saturdays are Cure Saturdays. The character with the most Cure votes heals 5 damage.
Sundays are Raise Dead Sundays. You can either vote to raise a particular dead character, or instead introduce a new character to the game, or vote to not raise a character at all.

Mostly because it took me a few moments to realize how much of a drag some of these minor characters could be on a hurt-only game, without god powers and all. I think I'll do some thinning.
What would you all think of adding a Smite Day late in the week, where one character takes 5 hits?

I don't mind the minor characters, honestly. It's just that "Schlobbo Nonamezaki" is something Belkar tossed out to describe a random Azure City soldier, a position already represented, in my opinion, by Guy With A Halberd.
A smite day would certainly speed things up. 5 hp for this kind of game sounds appropriate too.
You might also consider adding "Bonus Hurt" day where players get three Hurt votes (must be cast on different characters) instead of two.
I like Crisis21's suggestions; some limited version of hurt-only special powers might be an idea as well, though I'm not sure how to activate them... perhaps on character death?

The Beholder That thing with the eyes is on it's last legs - I don't have a good turn of phrase for something without a body. It might have been more popular later on in the comic, but I guess it was just a head of its time.
