Same level weapon, I'm currently 23. I'd been keeping 3 of my weapon quickslots tied up with SRs of different elements, and now I don't know what I'll do with my fourth (1 SR, Law, a shotty, and ???). Moxxxi finally handed over a Bad Touch after I poured 24k into her, so maybe I'll finally start playing with that on a regular basis... I also found a pink-quality rocket launcher...
I'm really fond of both good and bad touch(once you turn off vibrate). The healing is a huge hidden benefit.

At that sort of level I'd recommend getting something corrosive for the 4th slot--you tend to come across a LOT of robots in the later stages of the game!

The shotty I have is corrosive. As is my Bad Touch. And the SR hits harder than a corrosive weapon would even with bonuses against armor.

Huh, even though I entered the Shift codes, and got the messages telling me to look for the new skins, the skins aren't appearing. Do they drop somewhere and you have to go get them?

They're not that exciting, to be honest--just yellow and black coloured variants of the normal character outfits.

With a face-covering mask. That, and they're not recolored variants- they're a new design.

Kind of an annoyance that you only receive one at a time and have to repeatedly log out and back in to collect them. I didn't notice the masks - is that only if you're using default heads?

That's honestly how I felt when I was entering the codes last night. But then I thought "Meh, free stuffs! :D"

Also, thanks to SHIFT codes, I'm up to 20 golden keys. Thinking of having a Golden Key party soon. :D

No one's invited though, I'm scared of that graveyard save D:

I don't know which character you're seeing that on, but certainly in my game selecting the "Yellowjacket" Hallowe'en skin for Axton makes no more changes than selecting any other skin does--no mask, and the outfit is exactly the same as his usual one but with different colours.

Then I suppose Axton benefits the least. Salvador's skin didn't appear after use, and Zer0's is the most visually interesting. Anyways, Maya and Gaige's skins are how I described them.

Anyways.

Axton's skin has the black on yellow on black on yellow pattern, though you need to look closely.
Spoiler

Salvador's is quite obvious.
Spoiler

Maya's as well.
Spoiler

Zer0's.

Lastly, Gaige.

I'm still not seeing these full-face masks you're talking about. You appear to have selected a different head for each of your screenshots, which is why the faces look different. I'm also not seeing any difference in the actual outfits other than the colour, which is what I said earlier.

"Masks" as in the black strip across the eyes. Mask. I'm not referring to heads (otherwise I'd call them "heads"). Those heads by default do not have that coloring scheme. It's exclusive to those skins. The difference in the skins is the pattern (which is what I've been trying to tell you), and the "mask" across the eyes (also trying to point this out).

A strip of fabric across the eyes is not a "full-face" mask, no matter how you slice it. Plus, of course, Zer0 and Axton don't even get that!

It's meant to look like a mask. That's what everyone except you sees it as. Chill out.

Everyone? I think you're literally the only person who called it a mask, and to be honest, it confused me as well. I also don't think anyone was upset, so the "chill out" comment seems unnecessary...can't we all just get along?

So by "everyone" what you really meant was "A few people who are talking in a completely different conversation on the internet that you had no way of knowing about."

Anyway, it's not important either way. I just thought it was confusing the way you worded it as well.

I always referred to those as face paint. I wish there were more skins that had it.

Regarding the new skins,

Can you only get one?

I tried adding in multiple codes and while the updates showed up and I only received one skin. Which sucks because it was Maya's skin and my main is Axton.

I had to log out and back in multiple times to get all the skins - only one appeared at a time in my inventory.

I got a sniper rifle as a quest reward from Mordecai that I thought was an upgrade over my Jakobs, even though it was a Dahl. An experimental firing showed that the bursts were only 3 rounds, as opposed to the 5 and 7 round bursts I'd run into with other models of that manufacture. I decided I could live with that, since the damage was significantly higher and it was a shock rifle - I figured I could continue to one-shot bad guys and make some progress on the electrocute challenges at the same time.

Turned out the damned thing's bullets were as slow as my Torgue shotty's. With 5/5 Vel0city, I was having to lead my targets by 2-3 seconds (and I'm sure everyone here is aware of how often your targets walk in straight lines, even when they're not in combat and thus spazzing out like kids off their Ritalin). Small wonder that Mordecai was willing to part with that piece of ****. ****in' Dahl.

You're talking about the Sloth legendary sniper there, and the whole point of that gun is that it trades bullet speed for additional damage--slow bullets is not a general characteristic of Dahl sniper rifles!
