I'm playing this as though Jethran has no general concept of what is going on. Mostly on the assumption that nobody seems to speak anything even related to Ventradi on the continent of Tion. (Seriously should have read the players guide more carefully. I may need to trade a language) How much info is Jethran actually getting?
And I've forgotten my second. It'll come back to me.
EDIT: Oh yeah.
I'm going with the mindset of a Valenar Elf from Ebberon (Horse nomads, warrior culture, seems to fit closest with rough outline in the players guide. I'm going through the intro again for more info on adonai) How close am I getting culturally here?
Huh. It never occured to me that Jethran doesn't speak Ophiduan, which is de-facto common in the protectorate. I would strongly recommend trading out Siamni for it, otherwise there will be headaches for all. Unless you would enjoy being unable to communicate with most people you meet. Not having straight-up Common or something like it actually creates serious language barriers, which I don't really want to deal with.
As for the cultural thingies, Adonai do not get very detailed cultural write-up, but I think patterning them after Valenar is spot on, actually.
Also, when I was looking over your sheets and focusing on that little language section, I've noticed that Idonas has Maenad written as known twice. You may want to change that, BelGareth, as well as change the generic languages to setting-specific ones.

I'll go ahead and swap Sianmi out for Ophidiuan. Less headaches all around.

I figured nomad, elf, what's the worst that can happen? Though with the horse culture thing, kinda stupid I didn't take at least one rank in Ride. Meh. Though the intro does kinda explain the racial resistance to psionics. The constant fighting with the Alyrian empire.
I've always just played under the assumption that you are psionically focused at anytime outside of combat unless you specifically choose to be otherwise. Am i the only one who does so?

I will assume that your characters focus at the beginning of the day when able, and whenever tracking actions is not important. So, mostly outside of combat.
Huh, either I am doing something wrong, or the froum dice roller is being obtuse. Can you offer any help?

Well it looks correct to me so i assume you previewed your post? Previewing messes up any dice rolls in the post.

sometimes it wigs out..
Also, I would use group initiative, if it's one thing that slow down games, its combat.

For the love of sanity yes please!
@StormVermin: I can get onboard with that. Just warn me If I lose focus. Also did you want me to maintain Jthran's focus for the psionic half of the bardic stuff?
Eh, you guys seem to be pretty punctual, but group initiative is certainly a good idea. So we shall do that. Would you be OK with me rolling for your initiative?
I gues I'll roll for the eater here.
