Well, I did like getting a genuine moral dilemma right off the bat.
So did I. And I enjoyed getting to blast zombies. But mostly the moral stuff.

Generally speaking, I've been enjoying Kim and Shirley's characters...
Danke. I don't like showing preferences too much, but I did enjoy Shirley and Mia's posts. Though sometimes I had trouble telling them apart, as they seemed to have much the same stance on some things (prisonner's rights, I think) Also yeah occult notebook, roll SAN for 1/2d6
Which reminds me that, Kim having Occult 2, handing her the notebook might bring more success?
On my part, it would be Kim and Erin - oh, and thanks for nominations!
On Shirley's part, the notebook was golden; (and, well, while Kim might be better qualified to study it, I believe Shirley's pride won't let her ask for help... yet.)
I didn't set a scene for you guys, but I will if you need me to. Basically just hang out at your sanctum or wherever you want and get to know each other and figure out what you want to do next. Also everyone gets full Wisps again for time passing. This'll probably be the last time for that.
Oh, man. I have to actually read those Sanctum rules someday.
Well, it seems like it would be the most useful thing for Kim to do with her "downtime," I guess.
Personnally, I'd be for Dogs in the Park (because of my character's personal investment in the safety of the homeless) or Meet and Greet because meeting other Hopeful sounds like fun.
True, true. Also, Shirley - assuming the notebook won't drive her mad - would handle The Midnight Murders. An impossible murder mystery? In her book, it's a dream come true! (Well, except for the part where victims are, you know, dead.)
Speaking of notebook driving her mad... (rerolls)
1st set gave me 2 successes on researching the notebook, and 4 on staying sane - it was so close...
2nd set was 2 more on research and 3 on sanity
all for the low, low cost of 2 willpower... OK, not really low, for I'm on only 1 remaining.
Well, I love pre-EA Bioware, and I love magical girls, so I oughta be happy.
Hm...Trying to choose what leads to follow. Some look more interesting than others, but some look more urgent...
As for XP, I'm thinking of spending these three points on Erin's first dot of Occult. I mean, I want to save for raising Inner Light, but there's no way Erin wouldn't prioritize researching the subject. Is the time interval we're getting long enough to get that Dot?
Personnaly, I'm for the Meet and Greet or A New Sheriff in Town.
As for sanity, the only insanity rules I know in WoD are while degenerating, I am wrong? Things dangerous for your sanity are making you inhuman before you become insane.
When you say "Sanctum," do you mean "Blessed Place," or something else that I can't remember at the moment?
When I say Sanctum I mean Palace, because I think your Mages for some reason. You'll notice I make the 'Call this thing by the name of the thing it is in another game' error a lot, probably.

Sure!

True, degenrations represent insanity in nWoD. Which isn't to say that's what will happen. But it could be!

How about you do A New Sheriff in Town while I do Dogs in the Park, and when we're both finished we can do Meet and Greet together if we're somehow still alive with all our limbs?
Or we can do Meet and Greet together right now, as you prefer. Or you can go it alone, but your harpist does not strike me as the most... durable of Radiants, should things go south
I already posted because I itched to get started, but I can change the second half of the post if Silph wants to take me up on my offer to do M&G together.
You guys can talk about it IC-like too. I didn't meant to throw you into all this stuff right away!
Edit: Going to give the rest of the day for people to decide what they're doing. If you want to go in groups that's fine. I just need to know so I can roll stuff as necessary/make sure I know who's in the scene.
I'm not really durable, true ^^ I'll happily team up with you to do some M&G. For the rest, alone I can't fight and can't change... therefore investating alone a gang problem, with striking looks, wouldn't be a good idea...

...I'd forgotten your Flaw. Actually, if you can't change, it's probably better if we don't team up and you go with your "Twin Soul" (is that the term) instead. Unless you're fine with being human all through the scenario...
Technically, with the principle of that flaw, if it brings no problem, I get nothing from it... and given how lightheartedly I'm going to play Sola, "forgetting" about that flaw is on the table ^^
