Oh yes, one small claim since I just had a few awesome ideas.

I want to make the dream world. It will be the plane beyond Ing'dras, and sleepers will dream only of the past. What past is the question, of course, for there are many unrealized and irrelevant pasts and oneiromancers will need to learn to navigate the maze of endless irrelevancies to find out something that indeed happened and is worth of attention.

Sounds good

Also Ill be building cities once races start being developed... they will basically be discarded shells of Arlom. He arrives as the city, people enter, but only some actually "enter Arlom" others will just enter the city, and then he will leave but the shell city will remain. Arlom may return at anytime, but he is also the creator of cities.

There are 3 ways you can enter Arlom,

1) By traveling to him... seriously all welcome, my goals is despite his alignment and goals, the gods will be meeting up in Arlom as a neutral ground... or at least the evil gods will.

2) By living in one of the shell cities, when Arlom comes back, and decides that the building you're in is "in" him.

3) Going through a "Door" that appear by his will on any possible surface... a door can be on top of an actual door or even on a tree or the belly of a whale. [Doors will be created as an artifact: and they will randomly appear to named and unnamed mortals, who may choose to enter or not... or if they are really unlucky they might enter one by mistake)

====

@Draken: I was under the assumption the asteroid continents were already developed...

Nope. The void is completely empty.

Well. Was.

Before the sun.

With the advent of a landscape for Arlon to sit on, it is even less empty.

@Mystic: The Silver Sun is the Sun. It is a tempestuous mass of superheated plasma powered by a self-sustaining fusion reactor of cosmic magnitude at its core.
It has a surface, a roiling sea of silver plasma and fire with flares and prominences arcing high above in all colours of the rainbow.
If it were an elemental plane, it would be the elemental plane of light and/or superheated plasma. But it's not an elemental plane.
You could make things on it, but they'd have to be exceedingly resilient to survive such an environment.
For further information on how inhospitable an environment it is, look at the actual sun. Except, you shouldn't because you'll go blind.

@C'Nor: I also thought that making it a plane gave me more options for future things to do with it and helps separate it from the nothingness that is the Void, allowing it to have cosmic laws of its own. After all, the first sentence of the description of the Weave Plane action says: "...allows a god to weave the fabric of their own reality."
I probably should have used the word magnitude instead of size.

You are good to start posting.

And we ended up going with blank slate

Currently, there's only one "landmass" and that's a floating asteroid/continent that Arlom sits on. There is also a chain of mountains on the west "coast" of the continent (Think where the Rocky Mountains are in North America), that has a bunch of caves that lead to the Underdark.

Also, I just made the first Mortals.

When the Goddess Leto was giving birth to the twin gods, Artemis and Apollo, Artemis, who was born first, immediately assisted her mother with the delivery of her brother Apollo.
I couldn't help but notice the similarities.

Ah, okay. Makes sense. Though the reference actually wasn't (surprisingly enough, knowing me) intentional; I just wanted to get that particular aspect of her shown, and give Snowfire a good place to come in.

(Though other people should feel free to come investigate the scream before Xia is born, if they want to.)

Elemental, I hope I'm not stepping on your toes by making this a binary star system? It seemed appropriate, but I'm willing to edit it out.

Well, they're fairly aberrant. I'd imagine on the surface we already have wolves, as Draken did include a bit about animals and plants being formed on the continent.

EDIT: And, Lord_Asmodeus, one Vahnatai, is now dead.

I see no reason why not. It just means that the 'aberrant' form of wolf is the standard one.

On the Rainbow Rocketship (or The Starseeker, if you prefer its proper name), I'd say it can be as sentient/sapient as desired, at least within mortal boundaries.

Yeah just wait until your other brother shows up and makes it a Trinary(?) star system

Actually that would be really cool. They're pretty rare as I understand it.

This thought was not it the back of my mind as a secret hope. I swear.

*edit*

Brothers V, what would you guys say to creating a shared landmass and/or a pantheon?

Hmm... Trinary star system...
Sounds cool.

They're actually pretty common. Just prone to mathematical difficulties.

Edit: Well, we'd need somewhere to begin spreading our teachings and/or subjugation of everything to our will.
And a pantheon sounds like a good idea.

What would you think about populating the existing continent. The surface is pretty much untouched except for the western mountains and Arlom.

Mods... how did we divide up the jobs again?

Also just made custom cities for the current sentient races . Just remember that Arlom could be anyone of these cities. He isn't a city nor is he every city. He is ANY city. As such those who are trapped in Arlom might find themselves wandering an empty version of Urodlivyy, only to be brought back to the metropolis of skyscrapers.

First Cosmic Decree! Ing'dras demands that all who sleep have to partake his interactive history lessons for the duration of their rest. The lucky ones will get to reminisce the moments of life as an eagle soaring the sky or something mating somewhere. The unfortunate will dream of a day as a slug.

It is a miserable night for whoever dreams of the final moments of Zhiiro.

All nightmares happened to someone. Somewhere. Unless it is an unrealized past.
