She giggles and hugs her redheaded friend.

Karyana giggles as well, and goes to hug them both.

"Yeah, I would have expected you to be around our age..."

[The Bushranger]

"Awwwww. I hope that's not a problem!" Dani chirps, giggling cheefully. "I just kinda stopped looking older at some point!"


(Off for a bit now. Food run while my connection goes all derpatitus...)

Karyana shakes her head, kissing Dani's cheek.

"I don't mind either... It was a surprise, but not a bad one. After all, you're still the same person, and you look just as good, so why would it be?

[The Bushranger]

((Hmmmm.... ))

"Thanks."
And the little redhead blushes at the mention of her looking good, as she collects the last of the stray linens.

Carrie giggles a bit at Dani's blush.
How old are you, then, Kary?

[C'nor]

"I'll be eighteen in a few months, I think... I don't really know anything more specific than that, though."

[The Bushranger]

"We need to get to planning your birthday party!" Dani gushes, quickly hurrying torwards the kitchen to inventory cake-making supplies. RIGHT THEN.

She does what she must, because she can!

[Beans]

She said months, not hours, little abbess.
Carrie tries to pick her up to halt her CAAAAAAKE CAKE CAKE CAKE IS THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERSSSSSSS rampage.
If she succeeds...
Oh gods you're even cuter when you're being picked up Kary come here and hold her.

[C'nor]

"And even then, I don't know what day it would be..."

If Dani did, in fact, get picked up, Kary will be quite happy to come over and hold her.

[The Bushranger]

Dani squeaks in surprise as she's seized by Carrie.
And flails adorably!
"No! Let me go! I need to be sure we have enough for the cake!" she protests, before breaking down in mad giggles!

[C'nor]

Kary smiles down at her, shaking her head.

"We have time, dear. Really."

[The Bushranger]

"But if I don't check now how will I know what we need in time?" Dani protests, still giggling.

[Beans]

We'll manage, don't worry.
She giggles and pats Dani's head.

[C'nor]

"Trust me, you can check later, dear. It's not going to take four months or so to get together enough stuff for a cake for three."

Kary giggles as well, leaning over to kiss her forehead.

[The Bushranger]

Dani blushes, nods, and looks to have been stifled from her cake rampage.
"Well...alright. I guess!"

[Beans]

So what do we do since we're not all up in an explosion of cake?

[C'nor]

Karyana opens her mouth to suggest something, then, remembering how people were treating Carrie, and her reaction to others, cuts herself off, looking slightly embarrassed.

[The Bushranger]

"Well, I don't know - hey, what's wrong?"
Dani looks to Karyana with a concerned expression.

[Beans]

Carrie frowns, concerned about Kary too.

[C'nor]

"Well, I was going to suggest we go out somewhere, but it's us, so... Yeah. That would probably be, y'know, a really stupid idea."

[The Bushranger]

"Don't worry. I wouldn't let anything happen!" Dani quickly declares.

[Beans]

I think it's best not to risk it...
Carrie shrugs.

[C'nor]

Karyana nods, going to slip an arm around Carrie.

"Yeah... I freak out around people, and everyone here seems to hate Carrie for some reason, so it just wouldn't end well. Trust me."

[The Bushranger]

"Well...alright."
Dani frowns.
Then brightens.
"There is a bathing pool in the abbey though!"

[Beans]

Carrie perks up at the idea of that!

[C'nor]

Karyana smiles, and nods.

"That sounds nice, and unlikely to end in hallucinations or bloodshed, so it works for me..."

[The Bushranger]

"Then, c'mon!"

Dani giggles cheerfully and turns to lead the way.
