12 base + 3*3 Toughness (level 1, flaw, Bear Totem) + 5 Dauntless (flaw) +1 (Slow) + 8 (Con) = 35 hp, 36 while raging.

Dauntless has very specific racial prerequisites. Human, Dwarf, Lizardfolk, or Half-Orc. That's pretty much it.
