I need a few old threads unlocked for a little while.
I PMed this to Grey Watcher on the 20th regarding a request, but got no response either way.
I assume I was talking to the wrong person, supposed to post here instead of sending a PM, or the request was something that he is still trying to figure out if it is possible or not. I wouldn't mention him at all, except I don't want to make it seem like I am trying to do an end-run around him.
Here is a SLIGHTLY re-edited version of my original request via PM:

A long while back, there was a mass locking of threads for technical reasons, I believe these were related to keeping the forums loading and/or backing up efficiently. In addition, one or two of my old threads have been locked due to someone else thread-necroing them (it would have been fine if I had done so, since it was in the Homebrew forum).
I have a major project, spanning many years, that I would now like to consolidate into a single thread.
In order to not have to re-create huge amounts of fiddly forum codes, I would appreciate it very much if the threads containing the earlier installments in my series could be unlocked.
I will not be altering or bumping these threads, except in the unlikely case I hit the wrong button by accident. I shall simply be hitting "Edit" or maybe "Quote" and copy-pasting the information out of the old threads to the new on.
All of these should be WELL past the 6 week limit.
Technically, a very strict interpretation of the forum rules would seem to indicate that I would need a mod's permission to recreate threads on a locked topic. So I would need that too if we want to be picky.
Please tell me in advance if this will need to be carefully timed, and/or if <redacted by DracoDei>.

Sheriff: Because this a private matter that doesn't affect any other posters, PMing was the proper course. A PM to me was probably a better follow up than a post here for the same reason.
I've reopened them. Please post here when you have what you need so that I can re-lock them.
