Can I start a petition to ban Epic Spells? Or at least the stupid ones like "kill everything in NI range that doesn't have X type or Y alignment"
Oh and DM i have several questions:
Are the minions I get from buying a Kingdom Tristalt?
Are the minions I get from Leadership Tristalt?
Our Cohorts can have Cohorts right? But Cohort2s can't?
What about Followers over lvl6?
How much time do we have InGame before the start of the game for prep time for cumulative effects or selling our stuff?
Do our kingdoms have their own treasury? And can they make moe money in ways that isn't simply trade with other players?

I must agree with the epic spellcasting, its just plain stupid and does not work realistically. I cast spell, adds 500 to DC of next spell. next turn cast spell instant death or save O wait you can't save. Epic magic makes an already broken train fall of the tracks.
I have been on since page 1 just have not been posting as to hide what I am doing. Orginally I thought we were all working together but when I found out otherwise I scrapped my idea. So no I can not say. For the simple fact that, no offense Anecronwashere, but using him for an example, one could focus his whole army on being super effective against it and thus win. Ranger and the PRC from eberron campaign setting would kill just about any abberation they came in contact with or near. Then send it back to the far realm screaming for its parents. By giving away what you are doing you are in effect making yourself weaker. If we end up on the same side, then I will more then fill you in, but I shall not say more until then.
All homebrew allowed, Much to tired to link all of it, All sources of DvR stack, And Paragon is LA+0 Meaing i give it for freeeeeeee...

Does this mean they aren't in the immortal's handbook and everything that has epic spells as SLAs and such are banned as well, or just the Epic Spellcasting feat and the monsters with Epic SLAs stay?

And for the Wiz/Sorc/Human: why not put in a Twice Betrayer or Some other way of bypassing AMFs in on the Wiz side, then either Epic Hero or Practised Spellcaster, Epic Practised Spellcaster for any lost CL
Though I don't think Epic Practise is a feat. But it should be.

Same, but it depends on where you gain them from. I was acting under the assumption that it was levels once shady pointed out one and jack suggested 500 tristalt levels that the one shady pointed out allowed that. I didn't bother checking yet as I don't intend to act on it yet.
So the epic level spells are banned, that was probably a good idea, but it also would have been one more way to put me and the other players on a level playing field.

Yes and no. It's like turning on god-mode (where you ignore mechanics and can do as much as you'd like grabbing tossing, busting up skulls, melting flesh, ect at will), it doesn't really balance anything in the end despite evening out discrepancies.
