That's the thing about reserving posts... don't do that. It's slows the game to a halt until you are able to post. It also doesn't trigger my subscriptions when you edit your reserved spot.
EDIT: Also, I should also point out that while I am not necessarily inexperienced as a DM, the PBP format is a lot slower than what I am used to IRL, so I tend to have trouble setting hooks properly. If there is anything you are curious about, feel free to ask.
That said, things should be picking up soon since no one really seems to have anything important they need to do at the moment.

@Nanoblack: Yeah, I know boss. I was actually expecting people to post on, not to wait for my mostly uninteresting post. I just feared being left too far behind. It was too late at night, I wasn't being smart. I will refrain from doing that.
OH, yeah, I have the same experience with DMing. I found out it's a good thing to always keep a journal of what the frak is happening in-game and what people is talking about. And of course, throwing in some random shake-ups to see if someone takes the brave route and start something.
@Strawberries: Elf, Drow or Unfathomable Aberration, how can an intelligent creature waste 114 solar years doing nothing constructive is beyond me. I bet he has mastered slacking-off to a level that borders god-like prowess.

Yes, I do quite a bit of behind the scenes work to make sure it's as easy as possible on the players to keep character knowledge separate from player knowledge. Weekends are usually a coin toss as to whether I'll be able to post, but I'm open now and I should be posting replying to everyone soon.
Malachi is, at the moment, engaged in conversation with Jack. He either didn't notice or is ignoring the other events around the camp at the moment. (Probably the former, given his -1 Perception modifier.)

PS: Now straws, Rana doesn't have anything against snakes. She just thinks Jadvyg's life is in danger. If you put enough thought to it, anyone can see that a viper would never get so close to someone if it wasn't the person's own will, but maybe Rana is just as clueless as her drow friend there.
