To clarify there are two carriages. One is for the clerics and senior officers. It has six bedrooms, three for the officers, one for the Cardinal and two for the clerics assisting him (that's you).

The other carriage is basically a box for everyone else.

The role play in character is really good. Hopefully I haven't over done portraying what pompous asses the officers are so that you end up killing them where they stand.

Just to check out of character, Morbis Meh, are you looking to justify Raja's reason for entering into missions? If so I may have something to entice her. For now I'm just going to sit back and watch the fireworks flare up.

Hopefully someone will emerge as the peacemaker.

Whew, I thought I was going to get chewed out for having the character come off as a more aggressive character lol Her charisma is the pits but her logic is sound, as for a reason for being there, Raja is honouring her agreement with the Brelish nobility. Assylum/rights for her people in exchange for lending a helping hand, though that doesn't extend to suicide missions given out by a drunk officer lol As a leader of her people she herself has to look out for their best interest and if the jaggoff of an officer can given a sound and workable plan she would be more than willing to help out to the best of her ability... Sneaking into a fort with a large group trying to extract a large group of people in the middle of tense but not hostile political situations just seems like a bad idea; she just wanted to point the obvious to see if he had a better plan than magically sneaking in and busting out PoW's

On an unrelated note... Siege tower I am afraid you don't have martial weapons proficiency and the Church of the Silver flame doesn't have the War domain so no proficiency with the bow... Anyway I hope you don't find my character too offensive!

Darn you're right. I forgot clerics only had proficiency with simple weapons. Well, with the DMs permission I'd like to switch one of my feats to Longbow proficiency. I want my crappy archer cleric dang nabbit!

Just take another flaw! All will be well with another flaw! As for our character interactions... I have a feeling the captain will be too drunk to notice and might even be entertained

What animal was it that Raja shares the most characteristics with? I assume it's lions but it's good to know for sure for insult purposes.

I have been thinking on that probably a lion or a tiger, something of the feline variety. So go hard

Good to know. I was gonna call Raja a bitch female dog but it appears "queen" is the proper term for un-neutered female cat.

She is coming off as a prickly one at the moment but I assure you she is merely tense after dragging her entire tribe across the country on a gamble only to find a drunk human officer throwing her and her people on a suicide mission...

If the cat girl and the knight are done flirting, we have missions to plan.

That is exacty what she was trying to do before 'Rusty' began insulting her with veiled threats but at the very least we are making some headway

...They should be mythical pink weasels that bring the rain!!! As for a water fight, cats may hate water but it wouldn't bother her too much... Just keep your mind out of the gutter mister

Hey now, wearing all that armour slows down the hunt and moving on all fours is a faster way to travel! She is not a cat nor a girl either, she is a respected tribal chieften/shaman the fact that she is female just means that she is much more competent than her male counterparts

@Jologger: You only have a specific amount of spells per day for cantrips and if you're going to be blowing them all on her hair (this is not pathfinder) then you will not have enough to keep yourself dry so she will win in the end once your character catches a cold

wrong, magical ring of Prestidigitation. Artificer's don't even get 0th level spells of their own. Besides, Prestidigitation has a huge duration anyway, so I would win overall even if I was relying on spell slots.
1/3 of my starting wealth and worth every penny.

Wrong again, a created item has a limited duration due to caster level being static at creation so ultimately she would win since she can cast her spell more and it would have a much greater effect. Her looking punk<Him being constantly wet

False. A command word item with limited uses per day would have such a duration limit. This is neither a command word item nor a item with limited uses per day. It is continuous.
I spent 2000 gp on that ring, and need to use it over 250 times to break even over buying a bunch of wands. I hope to get my moneys worth eventually.

If it takes Dallun an minute to dry off each time, then I suppose you could render Dallun some degree of soaked for about 2 minutes today. Unless you actually want to have that create water available for more useful purposes.

Obviously you have never been soaked before, 8 gallons is 32 liters which is enough to completely soak you thus it would takes hours for you to dry off, also the higher level she gets the more she can make thus if she wanted to she could cast it in some container and proceed to dump it in allocated amounts whenever he dries off again. This is just pointless conjecture we should focus on something more important: Should Raja do her hair in suicide spikes and wear a school girls outfit OR pigtails and a kimono?

Walking on all fours would make the kimono drag on the ground potentially. I think it has to be the schoolgirl outfit. Those spikes could also make for some pretty lethal headbutts when Raja pounces on someone to claw at them.

30.2 L or 36.4, dependent on whether it is US or Imperial Gallons.

Except I have magic that can dry me off much faster. Meaning that each cast (from a limited resource) only soaks me for a small time before I magically (via an unlimited resource) fix it. At best, with all 5 0th level spells, you're probably going to get <5 minutes.
Plus the water is likely going to be splashing everywhere. I'm sure the captain appreciates you drenching his carriage.

As to the 'more serious' question, a friend of mine suggested "All of the above".

I thought you could only use your ring 3/day which would mean you couldn't both turn my hair pink and dry yourself (I am assuming you're using prestidigitation to dry your hair but I sincerely doubt you have an unlimited anything or else you would get hit with the ban hammer due to breaking the game by some means). As for all the above I am afraid it is either or since pigtails kind of clash with suicide spikes.

3 effect limit at any given time. I can have your and Ajani's hair pink and dry myself, but I couldn't do so and also have my eye's a different colour.

Oh no, I have unlimited access to a 0th level spell that can't affect combat, HP or mimic any other spell effects.
Honestly, the only level 0 spells that can actually break them game by being available infinitely are cure minor wounds and repair minor damage, due to providing limitless (but slow) healing.
heck, The Hand of the Mage (DMG page 258) sets the cost of a 0th level spell at will at 900 gp.

No problem.

Looks like the discussion went on while I was sleeping. I'll put a response up from the officers a little later.

So peoples, any suggestions on how to tackle the operation? We're obviously not getting very far IC due to varying levels of racism from both parties so we might as well do it here
