Re: Game of the Evils [Recruitment CLOSED, GM FOUND]
Anybody feel like linking backstories with Sumaiel? My basic concept is that he is fey nobleman who was raised in the faith of Queen Mab.
Appearance
Spoiler
Sumaiel is disturbingly beautiful. He keeps his hair long and well-groomed. His skin is pale and flawless. From afar, he would appear to be a perfect physical specimen. When one draw close however, that illusion is ruined. His eyes are cold and cruel, and light up only at the thought of torture. His smile is reminiscent of cat toying with a mouse. His draconic ancestry is visible in his slitted eyes, claws, and the slight shimmer of the scales on his forearms.
Personality
Spoiler
Sumaiel is cruel and vicious. He takes delight in torturing his victims. His favorite targets are mortals, who he tempts with promises of a life of joy and ease. He enslaves them, and forces them to act in the court of his Queen. Sumaiel's devotion to Queen Mab is absolute and unwavering.
Edit: With a matriarchal culture, I realized female would make more sense. Plus I found a decent picture on the first page of Google.

I would be interested in linking backstories, even better, both of our characters have actual association with the Unseelie Court. I may have to make Baldred a bit more evil though. He seems a bit tame compared to the rest of the group.

Works perfectly for me. Here's the combined version.
For Medic! and DM:
Spoiler
Carolla was approached one day by an Imp, calling himself Portize, who promised to put his skills to good use. Portize led Carolla to his master, Josep, where the promise was made good on. Josep was a mage working for General Tylorius in the Aubenian Civil War. The other faction was evenly matched until Tylorius employed Josep, then Carolla. Though they had mages and heroes of their own, none could stand against the Imp, the Mage and the Undead.
They banded together for a year and cut their way across the Mountain Kingdom Auben. It was a long and tiring campaign. Josep, Portize, and Carolla would perform tactical strikes against generals and enemy mages and clerics, but would also do battle on the frontlines. Together, they fought countless battles, across vast distances. Carolla was doing the good work, watching their backs, and filling holes in the ground. The slaughter filled mass graves and fueled the undead creation of the priests who supported their army. The team complimented itself nicely, and Josep never tried to get in Carolla's way...in fact he was most helpful to have around. Jokes often circulated amongst the hordes they marched with that it was unclear which was the sorcerer's familiar, the imp or undead.
They were well-paid for their services! Tylorius provided Josep with the location of the scroll of Silstorussr, and Carolla with fertile grounds to bring Death to many (as well as monetary payment), at the end of the campaign. After they finished securing the nation for the General, they parted ways and promised to meet again some day and take part in glorious slaughter.

I'd be good with that. Looking at your established background, it seems like a good place to link up would be after your noble sponsor is disenfranchised. I'm thinking that etiher:
a) Your noble was a member of Sumaiel's family, and they left the woods to restore the family name or somesuch. The family isn't ruined, and they aren't attacked on sight, but Sumaiel wants to make sure she gets back in Queen Mab's good graces, and Baldred follows along due to a sense of loyalty and the idea that Sumaiel might give him a good shot at power in the Court.
b) Your noble's plot backfired due to Sumaiel's machinations, and as part of the fall out, Baldred became part of her house guard. Sumaiel took a liking to him, and decided it might be fun to leave the forest with Baldred.
c) Something I haven't thought of yet.
Re: Game of the Evils [Recruitment CLOSED, GM FOUND]
Made a quick change to Josep's spell list and items.
Instead of a Horn of Fog, he has a knowstone for Mage Armor and a wand of Obscuring Mist CL 1. Also, instead of Hold Person he has Suggestion. It'll be a bit less useful in combat, but more flexible.
Josep is ready to start.

Lets go with A.

Re: Game of the Evils [Recruitment CLOSED, GM FOUND]
Background below
Spoiler
Sumaiel Alkrie, of the House Solwas, descendent of the Most Resplendent Lady of Black Waters, heir to the Opalescent Seat, and a Senior Priestess of Mab, Queen of Air and Darkness, was born into the nobility of the Unseelie Court. Her family ruled the House, and they were true nobles. They were favored by Queen Mab, and only increased in standing after great-grandmother copulated with a dragon, passing down features that enhanced the beauty of the line. Sumaiel was born into this family, and raised in the faith of Queen Mab. She devoted her studies to the aspects of Queen Mab as a giver of knowledge while simultaneously being a deceiver. She learned to spin webs from which neither mortal nor outsider would ever find their way out of, crafting lies of sublime beauty. It was a lovely life, one which that fool Haldiz brought crashing down. His guest to the party was a dullard, and managed to insult half the nobles there. Even worse, she provided no sport for the hunt, being found easily, and not having the courtesy to die gracefully, and dying so quickly that with no screaming that there was no music for the feast. After that debacle, many would not even speak to those from House Solwas, and the house found its fortunes in decline. Haldiz was disenfranchised and cursed to spend life as a dull mortal. His retinue was disbanded. Sumaiel took an interest in one of his young guard, Balder, who had proved a remarkable swordsman and carried the noble blood of the fey within him. The young man would prove to be valuable in what she had planned. The only way to make up for Haldiz's buffoonery was to offer to Queen Mab a splendid party, accompanied by the greatest of gifts. What though could excite the court after so many unchanging centuries? Sumaiel arrived at the conclusion that she would have to offer to them something outside of the woods. A world full of mortals awaited. They could be made to suffer exquisitely, and their agony would be a whole new experience. Sumaiel would trap them in a never-ending world of suffering, only allowing them to experience joy so that the downfall would be that much greater. It will be marvelous.
If I missed any submitted sheets, holla (or fix it, not too picky tbh)
EDIT: I'm working on a 2nd/alternate character submission since I'm not seeing any rogue-types. Math is my (very) weak point, so help me out a lil, if I go tiefling and use LA buy-off, will I be level 9, or 8 and change?

@blazinghand - if you still want to link backstories with the new character, I'm game! Only a few changes would be necessary, if you'd rather link-up with one of the tankier types, that's cool too, I've left the sheet for Carolla as-is if you or the DM decide to use it as an NPC/etc.

I know it doesn't mean much, but as an incorporeal, I don't have to make move silently checks, I have a decent hide score, and I have a sneak attack (called Hit a Raw Nerve, but functions the same as a sneak attack). It's not a full blown rogue, but it sort of is.
Also, what is everyone's opinion of the Binding Pact spell? Everybody consent to the spell affecting us all before the game starts?
Re: Game of the Evils [Recruitment CLOSED, GM FOUND]
*angry black woman voice* You don't need to be checkin up on me ev-y FIVE MINUTES
I don't think it's the kind of thing Seshra would go for. Side note: I also felt like the crusader was stepping on the paladin's toes a bit, both from a mechanical point and a roleplay point. That and he felt like a sheet full of numbers and less like a PC. The rogue shouldn't have near the over-lap, and I think a snotty girl would be more fufilling than a murder-hobo undead
EDIT: That being said, I have no qualms playing Carolla if the DM/Party would rather have him. I'm easy.

I'm fine linking up with the new character. Here's an updated version of the linked backstories:
For DM and Medic!
Spoiler
Seshra was approached one day by an Imp, calling himself Portize, who promised to put her skills to good use in return for great wealth. Portize led Seshra to his master, Josep, where the promise was made good on. Josep was a mage working for General Tylorius in the Aubenian Civil War. The other faction was evenly matched until Tylorius employed Josep, then Seshra. Though they had mages and heroes of their own, none could stand against the Imp, the Mage and the Creeping Death (a nickname Seshra earned via her skills).
They banded together for a year and cut their way across the Mountain Kingdom Auben. It was a long and tiring campaign. Josep, Portize, and Seshra would perform tactical strikes against generals and enemy mages and clerics, but would also do battle on the frontlines. Together, they fought countless battles, across vast distances. Seshra was doing the good work, watching their backs, and lining her pockets. The slaughter filled mass graves and fueled the undead creation of the priests who supported their army. The team complimented itself nicely, and Josep never tried to get in Seshra's pants... unusual for a man. Jokes often circulated amongst the hordes they marched with that between the demon-blooded man and the devil-touched woman they had all of hades on their side.
They were well-paid for their services! Tylorius provided Josep with the location of the scroll of Silstorussr, and Seshra with money and a title, at the end of the campaign. After they finished securing the nation for the General, they parted ways and promised to meet again some day and take part in glorious slaughter.
in any case, let me know whatever character you decide to use.

Relating to my character sheet. It's like 90% complete. I just have to finish fluff. Problem is I'm bogged down with calculus homework right now. Once it get that done I will type up a quick fluff and edit it later. But I'm basically ready to start
