So, forums down for three days, experiencing posting withdrawal symptoms, daughter watching Phineas and Ferb in the other room...?
I know what I'm going to do today!
So, here they are: P&F-themed builds. Not intended to actually stat out our heroes, but rather provide a similar-themed group of adventurers. I'll be posting these in stages. First up: Phineas.

Now this was the tough one. There aren't actually any official platypus stats, though one location suggested using the Hedgehog stats from the DMG p203. Unfortunately I did have to do a small amount of houseruling to really capture the essence here - changing the poison barb attack to a tail slap, and adding a swim speed - but using the original wouldn't really change the build.
Base creature: Platypus.

Baljeet. This was surprisingly tough as well. I toyed with the idea of making him a psion, but it didn't totally capture the smarty-pants-ness of him. Factotum didn't quite fit either. But then I remembered Geometer, and the rest took care of itself.

Buford - the bully of the group. Pretty clearly some anger issues; Barbarian works. He spends a lot of time raging against "witchcraft" - the Mage Slayer line seems appropriate. Good at breaking things and shoving people into walls; that says Dungeon Crasher to me. However, he also seems to be a lot smarter than most people give him credit for, and will occasionally stun Baljeet by displaying knowledge of an obscure fact. So ... surprisingly, Bard.

Irving is Phineas's cohort. He's obsessive about observing him remotely, and idolizes Phineas. In fact, idolizes to the extent that it could almost be called his religion... so a Cleric of a Cause: Record Phineas's Adventures.
Domains of a cause must necessarily be houseruled. The ones I've selected: Darkness (remaining hidden), Trickery (need to be smart to catch these guys in the act), Oracle (you actually have to see them), Artifice (glory in the splendor of their works!), and Creation (creating something from nothing).

Addyson is Isabella's cohort, her second-in-command of the Fireside Girls Swanmays. In many respects she's like her leader, but is more focused on her skills - she held the record for patches per day until displaced by Candace. She also has an unfortunate knack for getting into accidents...

Ahh, Candace. The most difficult theme yet, and also the one that required the most houseruling. I thought about putting Stacy as her cohort, but she seemed more like a low-level acquaintance than a cohort. Perfect for Master Inquisitive's "Contact" ability.
Candace is completely obsessed with busting her brothers, when she's not obsessed about her boyfriend Jeremy. She's also completely lost without her cell phone. Could there be a connection between those three things? I think there could be: a cursed Item Familiar.
So, first, the (homebrewed) Rod of Communication:
Rod of Communication: Allows the user to cast Whispering Wind at-will.
Spell Level(2)*Caster Level(3)*2000=12000gp
*2 (no space limitation) = 24,000gp.
But, it's (homebrew) cursed:
Spoiler
Item of Obsession: Use of this item causes the bearer to become obsessed with whatever person or persons excite the strongest emotional response. Upon use of the item, the character must make a DC 20 Will save. If the save is made, the character may act normally. If the save fails, the character must take an action regarding the person of their obsession, attempting to satisfy the emotion. After undertaking the action (to the best of the person’s ability), the character is free to act normally.
If during the course of the undertaking, the character has another emotional response as strong as (or stronger than) the initial emotion, the character must make another Will save to resist the second obsession. If the character passes the save, they may ignore the new obsession, but must still complete the action on the part of the first obsession. If the save fails, the character must perform an action appropriate to the new emotional response, as well as complete the original action.
Hate Attack/Harm/Kill
Fear Flee for 1 hour (Hide or cower if location of target is unknown)
Jealousy Steal from/Discredit/Expose
Love Be with/Pine over/Share physical affection
Rivalry Challenge to a competition
Costs 10% of normal item.
Cost of the Rod changes to 2,400gp.
So, the stats for Candace first, then for her Item Familiar.
Candace: Human Bard1/Urban Ranger4/Chameleon3/Master Inquisitive2/Bloodhound10

1: Invest Life Energy (+10% XP on all future XP earned, but lose the bonus XP +200XP per level if Item Familiar is lost), Invest Skill Ranks (investment and bonuses shown below), Invest Spell Slots (does not qualify/will not use).

I just couldn't stat the rest of the guys without going for our villains. Doofenshmirtz is a brilliant (yet totally incompetent) evil scientist - an evil, twisted version of Phineas, if you think about it. One only wonders how awesome Drusselstein could have become if he hadn't been forced to be a lawn gnome during childhood. As it is, he's flat-out brilliant, but never really thinks things through.
Skills: Skills: Max out Craft (Alchemy), Craft (Trapmaking), Appraise, Concentration, Spellcraft, UMD, Disable Device, Know (Engineering), Perform (Shadow Puppet) (xc).
From level 8: Add ranks in Know (Arcana).
Level 20: Add one rank in Profession (Inventor)
Unfortunately Doof's reputation for evil and failure (as well as Norm's obviously different worldview) have had a negative effect on his cohort. When he recruits/creates Norm at level 9, his leadership score stands at: +9 level -1 Cha, -2 Failure, -1 Aloofness, -1 Cruelty, -1 different alignment. Total: 3. Norm would be level 2 when Doof is level 9, and would end up at level 13 when Doof is 20.
Norm is Doofenshimrtz's robot creation, originally intended to be the final answer to the platypus problem. But Norm really just wants to be a regular guy, and wishes he were Doofensmirtz's real son. He's capable of flight. He doesn't really have an Evil outlook; if only he weren't in such bad company.
1 War1 Craft (Baking)(4), Sense Motive(4), Know(Arcana)(4), UMD(4)
Max from 1-6 for a result of:
6 War6 Craft(Baking)(9), Sense Motive(9), Know(Arcana)(9), UMD(9)
7 Rfr1 Craft(Baking)(10), Diplomacy(x5, 5)
8 Rfr2 Craft(Baking)(11), Diplomacy(x5, 10)
9 Rfr3 Craft(Baking)(12), Diplomacy(x2, 12), Sense Motive (x3, 12)
10 War7 Craft(Baking)(13), Sense Motive(13), Know(Arcana)(10), UMD(10)
11 War8 Craft(Baking)(14), Sense Motive(14), Know(Arcana)(11), UMD(11)
12 War9 Craft(Baking)(15), Sense Motive(15), Know(Arcana)(12), UMD(12), Diplomacy(13)
13 War10 Craft(Baking)(16), Sense Motive(16), Know(Arcana)(13), UMD(13), Diplomacy(14)

I'm not really sure if you should be praised for such awesome creations, or tied to a stump in the middle of Africa inside a cage during honey badger mating season with half a dozen honey badgers for bringing the Barney of the 2010's into our escapism!
Isn't it only males that have the venomous stingers though? I don't believe the females have them. To the Google Machine!...Yep, only the males.
well, perry is a male, and he kicks doofenshmirtz fairly often.
give them snap kick as a bonus feat, and note that the kick has a poison effect.

You have no idea how many -inators I had to come up with last summer... Dr. Doof took quite the beating at the neighborhood pool.

I almost fear to point out the Princess Bride/Fantasy pastiche episode. It'd been easier if the 16th level paladin made in to action, but Telonius could probably work out a whole other set of builds just from...
