There is no known cure. There is an anti-virus, which prevents you from becoming ill. This anti-virus could be whipped up in a few hours but there is no guarantee that the virus has not mutated or changed since Vader's time. Additionally, you can become infected by breathing it in or being bitten by a person infected with the virus.

I'll look up the stats for the hazmat suits when I get home. Until I know what all they do, I'll stick with my armor.

Nice. Rebreathers should do the trick, no need for full blown suits (though they can't hurt). Avoid getting bitten.

We should bring extra suits/rebreathers so we can secure VIPs for transport out.

Well... I'm assuming we're not getting any communications from either the planet or the frigates, and the auto-guns have been eliminated.

I figure Graff can fly back up to the Kestrel in space (which should kill off any biological weapons) before getting suited up. Anyone got anything to add?

The biohazard suits are the ones from GaW? I'm not sure I see what advantages those provide vs. any other suit that can be sealed against vacuum, and the 1h duration before it needs new air tanks and filters is a significant step down from the 10h endurance of a basic Flight Suit, or the Vacuum Seals armor mod. If that's the case, Graff will stick to his thinsuit.

IRRC, the biohazard suits gave you significant bonuses vs. a vacuum-ready suit in addition to minimizing locations where toxins/diseases could fester.
