Not especially - although if his hand injury had been even more severe and he'd be unable to draw for years at a time, this would be one way he could still further the franchise, since all he'd need to be able to do is talk to the people who would be getting it done.

Okay, I just checked out wikipedia. Apparently Vic Mignogna was in fact the voice of Maka's father.

How in the name of Broly did I not pick up on that!?!? I guess the notion that Edward Elric repopulated was too much for my mind to handle and part of my brain shut down. I don't think I could handle the fact Edward Elric is the father of Lust.

Incidentally, I've always imagined Xykon as sounding more or less like Jack Nicholson.

I'm not very familiar with the real names of actors (especially voice actors) but I always imagined Xykon with a fairly high voice. It suits his personality and makes it hilarious whenever the lowness of his voice is mentioned.
