I plan on making Life with the next rollover. But they're a particular kind of life that serves a very specific purpose.

I thought it may have been too early for a "human" race. So I created the ape/Mape race. You could always build off that in enough time (?).

Yea, I have objections to that, in that - It's not really appropriate content for both this forum, and a game like this.

Also, as a note, does Crystal Seer means she knows that that just happened/is happening? Because that could get...disturbing for a five year old - Goddess or no.

I usually go out of my way to not say "No" to anything in these games, but prostitution as a concept and main point of a race? That's just, I'm really not comfortable with it. I'm fine with the ninjas mating and stealing the baby, much like Gerard Drake's family in OotS. It's the prostitution bit that gets me.

Unfortunately, Crystal seer does mean that. You get to see all AP actions, and you can go looking at anything if you want. One with Shadows cancels your power out though.

Taking money to mate and then keeping the child, that's wrong. Mating specifically so you can kidnap the baby is a-okay.

The main point of the human race is supposed to be to be chased down and enslaved by everything else. Volk put the ninja-prostitutes in mostly as a joke.

Hey Ruse, I'm assuming you're trying to type that out as a signature? There's actually a function for that, located here, which will probably be less confusing for others and more efficient for you.

Back to the game, other than sanctums/abilities/pantheons/relics/monuments/etc, is there any other way to gain dice? Not even progressing to higher DRs? (you know, lesser deity, intermediate deity, etc)

Forgive my newbie question, but I was looking through the AP actions list and there was a lot of overlap between the sample Cosmic Decrees and the sample Legendary Concepts, including a few things which were word for word the same in both lists. What are the differences between the two?

Huh, so they do... Umm, I suppose that it's a minor (Major) oversight on the part of those who wrote the rules (myself included). We meant to remove souls and the like from the concepts listings.

So, for the three sisters to create the Elves (Sea, Land, Dark {that's the combo right?}), we're each expending 1AP? Just making sure in my next post. And sorry I slept in so long sisters.

And, do we want elves to be a Magical or Sentient Race?

I'm thinking that we could bend the rules so that we can create three subraces of elf as a Sentient Race for 3 AP (total, 1 AP each), and then spend 1 AP each for societies for our respective subraces.

I intend the sea elves to eventually be the guardians of the afterlife/carriers of souls, so perhaps Magical Race might be better. Unless I change them later on?

Yea, Magical Race works well. Dark Elves will have some natural magic abilities. So they'll basically be the Drow from D&D 3.5, with Natural Spell Resistance, Spell Like Abilities, and increased agility, intellect, and cunning.
