Yeah, go ahead and use a willpower to avoid frenzy.
And feel free to spend some of the blood to pump stats. RP it out though. Just because it's instinctive does not mean it's normal for your characters yet.
Feel free to handle it, my next post won't be until later tomorrow. So if you like describe Isabella losing control and having a bite to eat. I think it's preferable to have the players do it anyway.
Luckily, Humanity 6 individuals have nothing to fear from accidental violations of that sort. (Not in VtM 20E, at least)
Also, I feel like a tool because I kind of think it would be funny if Luca devoured the servant Andrei gave the necklace to. I'll behave, though... in that respect.

Well in DA at least they would 6 asks for a roll at accidental violation of another (drinking a vessel dry while starving) and 4 requires a roll for impassioned violation of another (killing in a frenzy).

Hey ... it could have been an entertaining role play element were you want the necklace for your thieving Ravnos self .
I was tempted to have Isabella start attempting to eat the other guests.
Accidental violation is still the peg for Humanity 6 in VTM20. Explicitly mentioning drinking a vessel dry out of starvation. For that matter Humanity 4 includes "killing a vessel in frenzy" under impassioned violation.
However Hierarchies of Sin are noted (even more then usual) as being ST's discretion and are deliberately noted to be only rough guides. They are only supposed to be made when the ST rules they are to be made.
Yeah, that might lead to some very . . . adverse consequences if you try it. Let's recall that, rp-wise, you look more appetizing to me right now than the humans do. And that I'm more capable of staking you from across the room than the 6th generation vampire that just sired me.
. . .And on that note, I think I'm going to write my post now rather than wait for tomorrow. I'd better establish the stakes before some joker tries to come along and kickstart a blood feud.
As a quick note, I'm going to rule that none of the servants featured in the individual scenes are present in this one. They escaped along with the hosts and a few solders.
Also dancrilis, it should only take one or two servants to fill up Isabella. If she drinks and kills 10, I'm going to have to ask for a roll. Just strikes me as a bit excessive, and I think she'd have to lose humanity from that grievous a sin. Also, don't worry about the Ventrue weakness just yet. She will acquire that in the next scene, but I'd prefer to roleplay it out.

Perception + awareness roll: (6d10)[4][6][1][2][8][5](26)
If I start feeding from the servants, what would be the difficulty to stop myself before killing them?

The poor, poor servants! I'm not sure Stefan will be able to resist with all the blood and gore that seems to be strewn everywhere now. I'll post his response later once I'm free. Just to make sure, are we allowed to use Disciplines?
EDIT 2: Stefan isn't drinking his victims dry on purpose but he isn't really taking care to keep them alive: the doctor will drink a lot from each but then get distracted by the thought of a new vessel and moves on. It's up to you whether or not he's actually murdered them, Dark Seeker.
Edit - since I can't add rolls in a post, I'd have to enter a new one.
DarkSeeker, I'll have to wait on you on whether these changes are acceptable. I'm rolling 3 dice now, and if you're ok with it I'll add another one. In case of frenzy I'll try to spend WP, but I think after draining the man Benghi should not have such a problem.

Self control difficulty is 5. If you frenzy I'll say you sadly drain the servants dry. First time and all.
You have to gain 5 successes to avoid frenzy. You can spend willpower if one of your rules fails, but that only counts as one success so you still need 4 more. I'm also going to rule that you can only spend one willpower on this. If you fail another roll the beast takes over.
Sorry for my delayed posting, busy day. I'll have a post up in a few hours.
Edit: Also, feel free to manifest your disciplines now, or at least some of them. Alternatively you can roleplay the process out later, when you all gain mentors of a sort.

Hmm, just realized that in DA we need to buy specialties with XP, and there are no attribute specialties. Just my luck. Anyway, if we're sticking with that, I'll need to rearrange my freebies a bit :) .

For any who are wondering, Marchettus's childe was originally supposed to be a player. Because of this, I never really described him earlier.. So it's sort of a fun little "easter egg" that he dies before the game really starts.
Also, I'm starting to run out of colors for the NPC's! Except to see a few repeated. Hardestadt and Lothar share a color, as will Roderigo and Amisa. Hopefully this won't be too much of a distraction. If they're ever in a scene together, I'll switch it up.

Surrendering to the soldiers led by a man who wants to destroy/torture us doesn't seem like a particularly tempting offer! Do we at least gain some amount of blood points for frenzying and/or drinking from the servants? I for one may be using some soon
That's how it's written in the book, so yeah. I'm not following it exactly, but I'll admit this part had me scratching my head too. Without giving too much away, Hardestadt is very much a solder. Roderigo is likely offering surrender on his own accord, and hoping he can talk his Lord into it. Hopefully that reassures you.
And yes, anyone who's fed off the servant gains 10 bp per servant, presuming they drain the poor unfortunates.

You're more then welcome to try. Keep in mind he has probably dozens of ghoul solders and who knows how many kindred with him. so discretion may be the better part of valor here.
As a side note, I try not to enforce plot immunity with my NPC's. If you attack them and actually win, they'll die. Of course, beating a 300 year old vampire when you were just embraced requires careful planning and a fair share of luck.
