Oh, I don't think it's that extreme. Really assuming dancrilis made social attributes Isabella's primary, there's still enough to have two dots for both charisma and manipulation. And then there's freebie points too.
I'm pretty sure I've seen that in some oWoD editions - not like there are a few of those - but maybe I was wrong. Oh well .
Edit: Can I try to roll for Benghi knowing/seeing anything particularly disturbing about this "local custom" Lothar is performing? I am thinking perhaps int or per + occult or health knowledge .

I didn't have Isabella reference Lucas's sneer as I figured she would not have noticed it, (although I did think it was sneer then turn away personally).
Yeah, I meant it as Lothar sneering at this beautiful woman in front of him. He's a bit of a pervert. May have been poor word choice on my part, sorry.

But yeah, "sneer" has a connotation of disgust or scorn; "leering" would probably communicate your meaning better. It has more to do with the eyes than the lips though.
And in response to your question, Lothar has not greeted Marianna and Luca at all yet. Since he personally selected the guests who received the honor of coming to the Earl's manor, I have to make a special post for you.

Not really familiar with DA, but a friend linked me to a page showing the stats for dark age weapons and armor. They're below, for your convenience.
