That's no cat, it's a Water-Tarrasque (Unearthed Arcana...+2 Constitution, +1 attack rolls against creatures with the [Fire] type, -1 penalty on saving throws against effects with the [Fire] descriptor)

And no swim speed or water breathing. Isn't one of the more traditional ways for low level parties to beat the tarrasque by drowning it?
